Just check the damn thing. Ending is right there. Scorpion and Sub-Zero burying the hatchet, Sektor is officially dead. Liu Kang and Kitana are the new rulers of NetherRealm. Raiden is the everlasting protector of Earthrealm and says that he'll absolutely KILL THE FRIGGIN' LIFE OUT OF ANYONE WHO THREATENS EARTH. Shinnok is a severed head. No one gives a damn since the final boss is not Reiko, apparently. Frost gives free ice blowjobs or something. Oh well.

In all honesty? I think that's an interesting ending, but I can't say that I'm shocked, surprised or whatever. I don't even feel bad for spoiling the entire game.

LMAO thanks for that, you know as crazy as it is I like it. I was waiting for evil Raiden. now cue in Fujin and were good, seems like there killing off all the old bosses here. I wonder if there is a special ending showing Havik, Reiko, or Quan Chi and Tsung at all? Also did anyone notice Raiden said rulers? As in plural. And is Shinnok dead or alive and just able to talk with his head? This could bring in Liu as a fire god to.
 
I'm guessing this game was the last game for the likes of Jax, JC, SB, Kenshi, Kano till something like armageddon happens again?

Yup, he said rulers as in Liu Kang and Kitana. They're the new rulers of NetherRealm. They're going to bang the heck outta Shinnok's head.

I don't like bets, but I can almost bet that in a few years from now Ed Boon will claim that MK30's final boss is a "surprise returning character" which turns out to be Shinnok's flying head. People will riot because they were expecting Reiko's demon penis.

Wow you know what, i really like this. It took a while to process i was like wtf. But now im like thid isbpretty cool im happy. And I dont know the details so it doesnt feel spoiled to me. Im just happy liu and kitana might be back for mk11
 
There's one thing I ain't getting, though: where exactly does old Liu Kang fit? Were older Liu Kang and Kung Lao (and Kitana) just "decoys" for their revenant personas? If that's the case, I have to say: they waste time creating three uninspired variations for Liu Kang, an older persona, same for Kung Lao (though his variations are better)... But the best they could do with Tanya, Rain and Frost is unplayable NPCs? Oh wow. That's coming from someone who even enjoys Liu Kang: if that's really the case, HE should be an unplayable NPC, not the other (post MK3) characters.

Maybe they get freed early in the game and then die and become revenants again later on? That would be silly actually.

Maybe Kitana was never resurrected, but now I'm confused as to why she wasn't just an NPC. Don't get me wrong, I'm grateful that she's playable but I'm really confused.

Same here... If they were revenants all along, they should be the NPCs, not Rain, Tanya and Frost.

wait wait so is liu kang and kitana good or bad now? Raiden has freaking claws now I mean wth he has to be bad now or something maybe obsessed with order similar to Onaga and his crew this could actually bring in the deadly alliance next game possibly since they want Onaga's army to take on Raiden or something like that. And whoa whoa wait Frost gives free ice blowjobs where did this come from I didn't see that anywhere?!
