So whats the point of the older Liu Kang and Kung Lao skins if they are never revived as humans?

I guess we'll find out on the 14th. Even in this being spoiled. I have more questions then ever. NRS did a great job. MK11 looks super intriguing now

Yea your technically right I was thinking that to, this has deadly alliance symbol all over it. Mitsuharu: And maybe because they died they have more darkness in them then before or something. I remember somewhere saying that because everyone who was revived are not their original self they are more darker than before that's why Raiden saved Johnny Cage possibly. Also is Quan CHi officially dead?

Final boss is Monster-Form Shinnok.
 
Didn't watch any spoilers or read any of them but alot of people i know are now critical of the story and how it doesn't flesh out many of the characters and how it feels rushed. Hope nrs didn't drop the ball. But it could make sense as to why they were so secretive about the game.

The larger points of the lore are addressed (scorp and sub's feud for example) but the smaller, more personal stuff is left to the comics.

they say kung lao ,kitana and even liu kang dont even get chapters which proves my point of how they added which dead characters to return. If true its sad. Boon and co have alot of explaining to do.
 
So what's the deal with Shao Kahn's armour and the person/thing being created/rejuvenated in the Library stage?

I will play through story mode because it sounds great fun and I want to unlock Shinnok of course, but the ending... well, obviously we need to see how the story weaves together, but the ending sounds disappointing. Surprisingly, I think I'd rather have had Fire God Liu Kang as a boss than him becoming undead ruler of the Netherrealm.

Is Reiko even in a cutscene? I'm guessing not.

Heh, I noticed that impres231 guy didn't post any updated on his Twitch channel after the leaks started. He said he'd start posting major story mode leaks yesterday, but obviously a lot of his 'leaks' have been confirmed as absolute rubbish now.
 
Can someone please explain why in the world weren't Tanya and Rain part of the main roster from the start? -_- Obviously the roster is unbalanced, but seriously! Rain has an AWESOME costume and we all know we'll never play him as DLC. The roster choices for X were very questionable.
