If Shinnok, Reiko and Havik are all playable then I'll be very happy. I guess we can assume at this point that we'll have Shinnok as the main evil sub-boss sorcerer rather than Shang Tsung (who, I'd guess, is joining Shao Kahn on a brief holiday for a game or two), with Reiko and/or Havik as being playable, with the other as the unplayable boss.

It's rare for boss characters to be playable in MK, so I guess it's wishful thinking to expect all three (if they're even in the game).

I'm not sure about Onaga. Could be a red herring.

I don't see an issue with Havik being a sub-boss or boss.
It actually makes sense, especially with all the Chaos seemingly going on in MKX.

Havik's introduction has me thinking that his shenanigans will lead to Reiko's death (considering Reiko has not been mentioned even once regarding the game's story). Since he loves doing things just for the lolz and can probably tell that Mileena in all of her insanity would be a better pawn to manipulate in the name of chaos. Personally though, I hope both Reiko and Havik come out of the comics alive.

We don't even have enough roster spots for all 3 of those anymore.
I feel like they're building up Reiko to kill him.

That often seems to be the case. If you see a character in old attire, their chance at a roster spot is kind of low.

Very. If Havik were to be in this game, they'd just do what they did with Quan Chi for MKvDC, or they'd twist his body into some gross mess like they did Blaze and ruin him to be the big bad.

Ok so I JUST bought the physical issue and in NO WAY does it outright state ANYWHERE that it's Kuai Liang.

It seems like that he is the big bad of MKX. I thought this issue was going to tell us on who the big bad is and it seems like it's Havik. It looks like he is controlling the demon blood. Havik fits the "Surprise Returning Character as the final boss in MKX" that Ed Boon hinted a while back. The chances are that he is unplayable as the final boss. At least we can get over that Liu Kang won't be our big bad for MKX.

I think we should wait this ending.

Notice that Raiden mentions the demon as something that corrupted the Kamidaggers, not something common, but beyond his reach.

I think he would remember Havik from the past.

And notice how Havik is interested on the Kamidaggers, not the Amulet itself.
