To be fair though, some extremely "feminine" Gay dudes wear makeup, crop tops, booty shorts, etc. And also some lesbians dress extremely "manly".

Not that Cassie or Jacqui are dressed like Lesbians because that's far from the truth, but TECHNICALLY you can tell someone's sexual orientation simply by the way they're dressed. Obviously this doesn't apply to every person that is Gay or Lesbian.

Tell that to the straight guy I hit on who was wearing guyliner, a hot pink tank top and had the limpest wrist I've ever seen.

The world is changing. You never know who is straight or gay these days.

Straight men dressed like girls in the 1980s. Look no further than rock bands of that era such as Motley Crue, Ratt, and ESPECIALLY Poison (that debut album cover was rather disturbing).

That is true though you don't know 100%, but you can give a pretty good estimation.
 
I just guessed it because...you know...Ellie and Riley from TLOU. Plus, NRS is known for Stereotypes so anything is possible (especially after the ending of The Legend of Korra).

As for the "Do not question it" line, it's just a disclaimer. After people started antagonizing others (myself included) who felt disappointed with Kitana and Kung Lao's reveal (because I wanted the dead characters to sit one game), I'm gonna just start refusing to debate on anything that is a "personal opinion" including who's confirmed via rumors, who I believe/hope isn't in, ect.

And short hair isn't a "lesbian" hairstyle lol, I wonder what decade whoever said that is living in.

If anything, NRS is keeping up to date with "edgy" hairstyles because I've seen a shit ton of girls with shaved sides, a la Cassie, as well as the Miley boy cut.
 
Lol hopefully if she is a gay character they don't make a story arc out of cause I could careless about cassie fighting in outworld for gays rights lol I'm sure they wouldn't do that to us.

ANYWAY Cassie's hair cut is FREAKEN awesome ..I'd like to be able to use different hair styles when I chose the character..

Funny that this is where this thread has turned when there is yet another thread on MKO right now begging for a LGBTQ character. I personally couldn't care less.

And I strongly doubt Cassie is gay. Even with short hair... wtf?!?

A long braid / ponytail may be the way for NRS to work around the hair issue, given that they would have to worry about single strands of hair. ;)

I was joking, lol. But, yeah, they're gonna have to make the long hair work if they're gonna use Fujin and Sonya as they appear in the comic.
