Should Hydro ever be considered as a character for MK10?

Im requesting Tremor since ever because I love the earth powered ninja thing but I never read that he had earth powers in SF...

Exactly, it is "assumed" by fans. However, in the game he has been in, his moves were a ground pound and fireballs.

ETA, We should assume that Hydro not only can manipulate water, but magnetism. See? So easy
 
The only way to end this in a good way is to realese both characters, Tremor and Hydro, as DLC and everyone is happy lol
 
Well Boon for a fact hates Tremor so that might not work out well.

Im sure NRS had some development in Mortal Kombat Legacy to have dude put Hydro in.

But if this fantasy was to ever happen i still say Hydro needs to be Cyborg, due to the Lin Kuei Cybernetic Program
 
both Tremor and Hydro are just over glorified fanservice that will never happen


Now I dont hate the idea of Hydro,but these people who keep asking for him make me want to hate him. I could have liked him, but there is no reson for him at all now that cyber sub is in the game.

and as human, really? Rain and Subzero fill that void. No reason for him as well. Would be justt as bad as Frost being in the game.

So characters with similar abilities to other characters shouldn't be included? Seriously, your imagination is lacking.

Characters like Hydro and Frost may have shared powers to Rain and Sub Zero, but the way they use them could be very different and make them rather unique in combat. Also their stories, appearance and personalities are/could be vastly different.

A lot of you lack a certain vision. You see water or ice and you say "Nope. But there, done that."

Seriously though, Kenshi and Ermac only shared the slam. At least Kenshi had something very unique as a blind swordsman. What does Hydro have? He's a blue ninja who controls water.

Brings nothing new to the table? Hydro has never even been BROUGHT to the table. So how can you even say that?

As for Frost... She had her own thing going for her and has a decent fan base following her. So what your argument is flawed. And what makes it even more hilarious is that you have Rain as you default. What amazingly awesome new thing has he done?

Besides, I'm pretty sure Hydro was thought of before Rain. Though I may be wrong.

If Hydro was brought into the games prior to Rain, I'd be saying the same thing about Rain. Unfortunately he wasn't, which means Rain, by default, is the first water controlling Ninja.

My argument has nothing to do with popularity. You could make a ninja of every color of the rainbow and each one of them would be popular. It's common knowledge that MK fans love their element based Ninjas and anyone associated with them. That doesn't make him any less bland and uninspired.

You know what, they should definitely bring Hydro to the game but re-imagine him as a pirate. Yes, a water controlling pirate who is trying to cause chaos in the Orderrealm. GENIUS

Soul Calibur has a pirate and he kicks ass, so why not here
