Should Hydro ever be considered as a character for MK10?

I have been seeing some Hydro stuff on other sites so I want to discuss about Hydro. In the old games, not sure how he was in the games, but I guess its some mod or something. Anyways, he was a water Lin Kuei and friends with Sub Zero in the comics, and then a water (I guess, looks more like jelly) cyborg in one of the old MKs. Then later on, in MK Legacy, he developed lighting abilities.
So I have been thinking, should Hydro be a lighting cyborg and/or lighting ninja in MK10? I mean it would be cool to have alighting ninja. And when the fallen MK9 warriors are revived, Cyrax, Sektor, and Sub Zero (or just Sub Zero) can be human again and Hydro be a cyborg at the time.

So guys, what do you think?

I rather have Tremor too, but maybe make it a different type of lighting, Raidens "thunder and Rains/Nightwolf clouds dont count.
 
How about NO rumored characters ever? Unless they change those horrible names. Tremor, Hydro and the worst - Hornbuckle. Geez.
 
after watching Legacy i thought he would be a cool addition but theni rememebered...


we already have an awesome water/lightning ninja and his name is RAIN!

so no i dont think well ever be seeing Hyrdo

Maybe never seeing Hydro as a human, but I think Hydro should be like a lighting/ ehhh, jelly type cyborg. Idk he might, might not. But I thought he would be a cool addition even though I prefer Tremor.

I believe he used ELECTRICITY rather than lightening...(It's the same but different) I dunno if you get my point...You dont power your PC with lightening but electricity..

True. I was going to say electricity. It sounds more fitting idk why i said lighting.

Yeah the cyborg. I prefer Tremor if I have to choosse though
