-Deadly Alliance: Kenshi (24), Frost (12), Sareena (6), Nitara (6), Li Mei (4), Bo Rai Cho (4). No love for Mavado (1), Moloch (1), Drahmin (1), Blaze (0), Hsu Hao (0), Mokap (0)
-Deception: Havik (19), Shujinko (6), Hotaru (6), Ashrah (5). No love for Onaga, Kira, Darrius, Kobra, or Dairou (0)

So, for women it's Tanya, Li Mei, Frost, Nitara, Ashrah, Kira, and it seems Sareena is included? I guess my top 5 are:

Were Sareena to be deemed ineligible then I'd choose Nitara over Tanya. Tanya just doesn't have any real identity beyond spineless traitor, and that's not something I can get behind.

Shinnok, Fujin and Quan Chi debuted in MKM:SZ so I'm not including them. Havik, Frost, Hotaru and maybe Dairou and a more serious Bo Rai Cho are the only other characters that I would want back. Kenshi is already confirmed to be returning and Quan Chi has already returned. Shinnok also made a huge appearance at the end of the Story so you can safely assume that he'll be back, among the other 2 reasons.
