Second batch of DLC leaked?

Because there are a lot more skins.


MK9 released 8 free skins in total.


We're only half way through with the first wave of dlc and there are already 11 skins (Bad Girls, Teen Titans, Flashpoint Batman, Lucha Bane and Killing Jokers). Not even counting the pre order or Flashpoint skins.
 
Agreed, but I still think that we could have gotten 8 more free skins with the compatibility packs, if NRS had done a 2nd season of DLC.

The MKII and UMK3 skins were free on Vita.

Those consisted of:
MKII Scorpion
MKII Sub-Zero
MKII Ermac
MKII Reptile
MKII Mileena
MKII Skarlet
UMK3 Masked Sub-Zero
UMK3 Scorpion
UMK3 Reptile
UMK3 Ermac
UMK3 Noob Saibot
UMK3 Smoke
UMK3 Rain
UMK3 Skarlet

If they were also made on PS3 and 360, NRS could have easily included some of those 14 skins for free in a 2nd season of DLC with the compatibility packs.
Just sayin'.

I sure as hell would have jumped at the opportunity to get a Rain UMK3 skin (if it was made available), considering that he's my main in MK9, and that's the version of Rain that I first played as, on Sega Genesis.

That's like saying MK9 came with a free playable Baraka.

Those skins were additional skins on Vita.

Plus, I stated that IF some of those skins were also on PS3 and 360, they could be included via compatibility packs.
It wasn't impossible for NRS to add those skins if they wanted to do a 2nd season of DLC.
They didn't do a 2nd season of DLC, though, so they didn't bother porting them to the home consoles.
 
Manhunter k, Red Hood k, Powergirl eh, Sub Zero no.
They have so many choices for characters and I feel like they picked the worst ones for DLC. Manhunter should've been in the game to start. I'd love to see a DC fire powered characters like Starfire, Fire, or Firefly buts that's just me. I'd rather Booster Gold or Blue Beetle than Power Girl and Batgirl. They need more villians as well. Come on theres not one flash villian in the game not even a transition. I could on about this for paragraphs but I'm too lazy.

People don't like the DLC characters? Some characters people want are not even iconic or known at all. NRS won't release a DLC character that no one knows. People just be like "who is that?" unlike someone like Batgirl who people know from the Batman universe. If NRS is going to pick any DLC characters it will be Superman characters or Batman characters. NRS won't release a character they won't make money from. When it comes to DLC characters they have to have popularity. Sorry to say but it true.
 
So Lobo is known but Captain Cold and Captain Boomerang aren't? And this game already had enough Bat characters Batgirl wasn't needed at all.

Batman universe is the most popular in DC. 2nd Superman universe. I dont see what the hate with Batman characters. It shy you seeing these characters as DLC. They not going to put someone no one knows. A casual fan sure won't know which is the majority who bought the game.

No cite needed. Check his twitter.
He can't say "No" to A character unless they actually won't be in the game,
and he already announced more than 3 times in the past day that scorpion is the final guest character in Injustice.
He did hint at Robin (Nightwing Costume) and John Stewart costume for Green Lantern.
And he isn't trolling about sub-zero, you can tell by the way he puts attitude towards it.

Also, why would they put Sub-Zero's MK9 Model in Scorpion's intro if he would be in the game?
Wouldn' that make it kind of .. off?

I'll tell u what, If they do get a second batch of characters, I will be pissed cuz MK9 should of got another batch of kharacters as well or at least some fatality packs. WTH

Totally. It's a shame they didn't get more DLC for MK9. Doubt another reboot or game with the klassic kharacters people know and love will come around again.

I still think they should do UMK9 and fix stuff with it and add missing stages etc. Would lap it up in an instant.
 
Lobo is well known among casual players? I am a DC fan and I had very little exposure to him. And that was after he was released as DLC for Injustice. I didn't know who he was before that. I can definitely see Batgirl and Scorpion being popular. Zod not so much. Not as recognizable as say , Poison Ivy.
