Scorpion as DLC

Why exclude Dr. Manhattan? I mean, with that logic they might as well drop Superman from the game too.

To be honest, I just think it's unnecessary. I know it'll happen. But I'd rather it didn't.

And have his godly blue dong just dangling about while he fights wander woman? Think of the children!

If he's gonna accept it....

Anyways, even though if they somehow found a way to make it work, I'm still not gonna use the guest character (unless we're forced cuz of the achievement like in SCV).

It makes no sense, saying it does because he's the face of netherrealm is Dumb. It's like saying just because Kratos is one of sony santa monica's most popular characters he should be in star Hawk and fat princess. Just because it's a popular character don't mean he needs to be in every game made by netherrealm studios.

I think there are way way to many good Dc Characters to choose from to even be considering the need for guests. With over 4000 characters, 76 years of history I see absolutely no need for guests. I really hope there aren't any.

They were dumb enough to make MK vs DCU, so I wouldn't be surprised it Scorpion makes the guest character.

Well, both Freddy and Kratos made it into MK9 just because they're both violent. So I wouldn't be surprised if Scorpion or any other popular MK character make it into the game.

The reason Kratos made it in was to help sells on the ps3. IDK why freddy made it in. Dc don't need help selling batman and superman is all they need, especially sense DKR is coming out soon. I'm almost surprised WB didn't want the release dates close to one another.

Look at how much shit NRS got for including freddy and Kratos. You'd think they learn some kind of lesson. If they put scorpion in it it's only make it seem like an Mk game which Ed seems to be trying to branch away from.

I know that Kratos was introduced to MK9 just for the PS3 could make some sells. But if my memory is correct, Ed Boon said they were both good violent candidates to enter MK. I guess well just have to wait and see what happens.

That's such a damn lie lol if Scorpion is the guest character you're going to use him A LOT

Actually....even if he's one of my favorite characters, I'll won't use him at all if he's gonna be a guest character to a DC game. Using him in an MK game is one thing, but it feels very awkward putting him in a game which killing opponents are very unlikely this time.

No way this a DC fighter no MK characters should ever be in this game . Lets keep the two games seperate weve been down that road before.

We hope so the would be stupid for not putting.........well it is gonna be another T rated game "we would like to replace violence with over the top action "
but I'm still hoping

damn it! i still want ed boon as a dlc kharacter! i would be more than happy to have scorpion in the game, even though i don't think he has any bidness being in this game but, he really didn't have any bidness being in psi-ops (that was freaking awesome btw)
Spoiler:
(side note: this is what mortal kombat special forces should have been)

There are SOOOO many DC characters to choose from and so many fan favorites to make DLC, so I think they definitely need to get some of those out of the way before even thinking about putting in guest characters, I would take Bane over Sub-Zero anyday as dlc for injustice

LOL I have that game and I only play as Scorpion

Re: Scorpion (or others) as DLC

I don't foresee Scorpion, Sub-Zero or any other MK character making it into "Injustice" in any major capacity. This is NRS's chance to branch out away from MK and do something different with an equally beloved set of characters like DC Universe; prove that they are not just about MK.

I think the general public is tired of MK for now and "Injustice" will be a fresh, clean, pure DC Universe experience from NRS. Besides, with the breadth of DC Universe characters to choose from, are guest characters really needed?

From a marketing, money-making standpoint, yes. From a practical, logical standpoint, no. The former always trumps the latter, so I do expect (a) guest character(s), just not from MK even if they aren't needed.
