Retro Cyrax Damage?

He is a bit darker in MK9 i think look his damaged face but if you see Ermac in UMK3 he had darker skin than the rest of the ninjas.

Also I dont care about Cyrax skin that much and like Criss said it makes sense since he has no more blood, what worries me is that Scorpion has yellow eyes and Sub has brown eyes, they should be white and blue respectively.

im sure that "white" is his skull.. not skin

Blood has nothing to do with skin pigment. Melanin in your skin makes you darker. A black person would lose some hue when they die, but the melanin would remain, so they wouldn't turn white.

Not sure if this was answered but that his skull not his skin. Apparently they were skinned before having the armor attached to them.
 
DrNate is correct. I knew this and asssumed it was common knowledge. Evidently, not.

As someone else has stated, you can see the veins in his head. It's skin.
 
What's the point in retro costumes? To make us, again, feel MK3. And we have what we had in MK3: absolutely alike-looking cyborgs, just different colors. The same with girlz. But look, retro cyborgs have different colors from the MK9 ones, Sector's red is more intensive, and Cyrax is not absolutely yellow, but alittle closer to green-gray. Exactly the same colors that we had in MK3. Dunno how about you guys, but i'm absolutely satisfied with them:)

Methinks you missed the point of this topic. I like that the base costume for the retro outfits are nice little additions.. But to ignore character-specific oversights like Cyrax and Jade's ethnicity, and Scorpion's eyes seems a tad lazy if you ask me.

I would like to point out, before MK4 we had no idea of the ethnicity of any of the cyborgs besides Smoke. So whatever he looks like under the retro armor is more like a throwback to the unknowing days, i think they focus more on what we remember from that game, that Cyrax was the yellow cyborg, and Sektor was the Red lol.
and im pretty sure Jade is way lighter skinned these days so they kept it that way.

Also Scorpion had pupils in MK1, sorry guys, you are barking up the wrong tree with that complaint :)

Everyone bases most things on the details we have now, they are making a throwback, a throwback to that time erra. You wouldnt complain about a football(american) team wearing a throwback and it not looking enough like the ones you see weekly.

So that meens if Scorpion has eyes, then ErrorMacro has pupils too :P

yes, it is a clear sign of laziness. it wouldn't be the first time they've done this. from what i've read, the classic ninjas all have the same damage model. and it took them nearly two whole months to make the online playable. and i still read complaints about it from time to time. the only people who defend this stuff are those who have an unhealthy emotional attachment to the game industry...the type that will go to bat for game devs every chance they get. now...if sonya was given a caramel skin tone (that of a lighter skinned black girl), would the same people come up with more bogus excuses like "oh she rides her motorcycle alot in the sun, so now she has more melanin"? doubt it...
