what would it matter anyway, why are people so obsessed over the story over the actual fighting game.

A vicious monster dude with huge blades coming out his arms is just a straight up sick idea for a character in a fighting game where the objective is to brutaly beat your opponent then kill them in the most grotesk way possible..its simple as that

I was also told by a Gamestop employee that an artbook was included in the Coarse Edition.

I would like to point out that Gamestop employees are notorious for lying to get people to pre order or buy things.

Could have been the same deal here. The employee could have said it just to build buzz for the midnight launch and some last minute sales

yes Kitana, Mileena are EASILY classed as ninjas, they are wearing ninja-esk clothing, using ninja weapons, and have ninja skills. not to mentioned theyve been refered to as the female ninjas of MK for years.
and Tremor has been labeled by many as the "Earth Ninja".

He didn't pop up from nowhere, he's from the 1997 game MKSF.

He had the ninja pallete swap outfit back then, that's why he's called a "ninja" but he's not a ninja per se, wearing a mask and a hood doesn't make him a ninja.

People tend to call the "7 ninjas" (now 8) ninjas just because they looked like that 20 years ago, they don't anymore so they are not ninjas and nobody really considers them that anymore, we just call them like that to put them in a group based on their first iterations, like saying "Edenians" or "Monsters" for example.
 
I'm surprise that no one wants Baraka to return? He's always been a fan favorite and he is one of my favorite characters in the series. Even if he did die in MKX, I do think he will return in MK11 or later. Everyone knows that popular characters never stay dead forever. Only unpopular ones like Hsu Hao will stay dead forever.

Ok I was gonna save this vid later on my opinion on what does death mean in the MK Universe, but this is close enough.
