according to MKA Konquest Taven story Raiden is evil when Onaga ,Shao,quanchi and shangtsung talked where as it's was not Raiden remember that cut scene Onaga,shao,quanchi went in portal but not shangtsung and suddenly come Raiden there in my opinion it's Raiden it was Shangtsung Morph into Raiden.

That's very possible, but then that means Raiden didn't take part in Taven or Daegon's story at all... At least I don't remember him at any other time than when everyone thought he went to the dark... er... side. But I guess if you're right then perhaps Shang Tsung found a way to trap Raiden somewhere so that he could morph into him.I'm liking your theory and can't wait to see how it holds up.

But you have to remember Raiden's bio from MKD. He was so pissed about the constent threat to Eartrealm, and he thoughtby teaming with the dark side, Earthrealm would by safe from the badies if he help.
The original post does have a valid point, however: -

A and MK storyline) in Shang Tsung's Palace his 'elements' came back to him and he was angry that mortals have disregarded the safety of Earthrealm.
This, in my view, has forced his hand in making an alliance with Shao Kahn and Shinnok to prevent any further attacks on Earthrealm.
I believe it is also right that he uses Liu Kang to dispose of those who did harm to Earthrealm (including mortals).
This doesn't make him evil as such, but he has had to do whatever he can to protect Earthrealm. However, he maybe tainted with evil a little bit, but lets just see that if some point in MK8 he travels to the Netherrealm.

Quite true that would make an excellent test. Because in MKM he says he cannot interfere in that realm. As for Shang Tsung being Raiden...that's not entirely possible since we see both Raiden and Shang Tsung in the opening battle...not to say Tsung couldn't just be impersonating Raiden for that one scene...but what purpose would that serve? Tsung has no motivation to make a deal for the protection of Earthrealm...unless perhaps he wanted to take it over himself later. But I think Tsung is far too ambitious to let one of his rivals gain ultimate power just so he can have one realm...
