I noticed he now throws his skull projectile by using his face this time around, kinda remniscent to Sindel's spit ball. He no longer throws it with his hands. What do you guys think of that?

He could be hiding the real one from Shinnok.
I'd prefer if he did it with his hands. Doing it with his face just doesn't seem right...
I am just in shock, this is what I woke up to.
That fatality bit at the end is priceless. For some reason it reminds me of this horror flick that I cannot remember the name, but I always see it in a top ten gruesome death video, where this chick gets her eyeball impaled by a splinter of wood. It really reminds me of this movie, well, at least that part.
I am impressed once again, I freaking love this reveal!

I don't think he is even the Sub-Boss.
I think he will play a major role, like he and Shang Tsung did in MK9, but I think the Sub-Boss and Boss characters in MKX will also be unplayable, just like they were in MK9.
Kitty - The film is called "Zombi 2" by Lucio Fulci![]()
I could see him being like how Shang Tsung was in the arcade mode, being somewhat of a sub-boss in a way.
But I could also see the sub-bosses AND boss not being playable.
Yeah, it totally reminded me of Zombie too. I thought it was going to go in his eye at first.I am just in shock, this is what I woke up to.

But if he is some kind of boss (you knwo what I mean), that would imply Shinnok...
or maybe Quan Chi allied himself with other. But, really? Not his style.
He was already in cahoots with Shinnok to begin with.Possibly, but maybe he also back-stabs Shinnok and aligns himself with Kotal Kahn.
Quan Chi is known to jump ship in MK9 from an allegiance with Shao Kahn to an allegiance with Shinnok.

I know that, and that's exactly the point. There is no way to ignore Shinnok!
But i think in mk9 his entire purpose was to Ally with khan to assist shinnok. Quan chi was ALWAYS allied with Shinnok until After MK4.
I've been thinking about that too, though.
What if Shinnok isn't the Boss in MKX?
Ed said that Outworld have various people on the MKX roster ruling over it, one of them being Kotal Kahn.
What if someone else becomes the Boss?

Yes, but my point for bringing that up is that Quan Chi pretended to align himself with Shinnok, to then align himself with Shang Tsung and form the Deadly Alliance.
Now that Shang Tsung is dead and the Deadly Alliance can't be formed with Shang, what if Quan Chi has other motives in MKX?
