Are you satisfied with the PS Vita? Do you feel like Sony aren't doing everything they can to make the handheld a success? They barely mentioned it at E3 and the PS Vita Heaven was a flop. The games available so far aren't very interesting, not to mention that most of them are just ports of titles that came out on consoles a while back. Do you think a price cut will make a difference? Aren't the memory cards too expensive? Is the rear touchpad just a gimmick? Will Assassin's Creed: Liberation and the new COD boost the sales? There are rumors floating around that some developers have already given up on the Vita. Square Enix pretty much confirmed that there would not be a Kingdom Hearts game for the Vita. Are you surprised that the new Nintendo 3DS XL outsold the Vita 26:1 the week it came out?

How can they save the Vita?

1) New Monster Hunter for the people in Japan
2) New Kingdom Hearts game
3) Price drop
4) PS1 and PS2 support
5) Must be hacked.
 
Price drop definately. There is no place for hendhelds at that price in the market. PS Vitas living proof. Its a shame really, its a nice machine. Theres nothing I want for it other than MK and SFXTEKKEN.
 
i say ps1 and ps2 support will do good for the vita. also there is a pretty bad selection for games to download in the ps store.
 
First I'd like to say that the Vita my favorite gaming device; however, with the exception of a few psp games and 3 vita titles - the device is pretty much dead.

1.) The OLED screen is great for watching netflix so I would also add:
- HBOgo
- Amazon prime
- HULU
- VUDU

It's already available on most tablets, why not the vita?

2.) I would work on the cross platform capability because unless your PS3 has a CFW- you are basically stuck with 3 games.....

3.) I would like to see a few more PSN exclusive mini games for the vita (example: angry birds, fruit ninja; etc)

Oh my lord, if VC came out for Vita I'd be at Gamestop right now.

VICE CITY STORIES SUCKED. The VC environment was nice as always but the story sucked big time. And of course the graphics were downgraded.

I was super dissapointed with vcs, it was such a awful game, it took everything good about vc and just s*** on it....
By far my least favorite handheld game for me
 
People who saw some gameplay footage of the new COD on the Vita at Gamescom said that it looked beyond terrible. Activision don't even want to be associated with this game lol. I will keep my Vita just to play MK on the go, I really don't see a bright future for it.

 
Damn, I was going to skip COD for no reason; now it's justified.

That Killzone game for the vita is a must!!!!

i love my vita, but....Im not gunna sugar coat it but, the vita needs better games! stat, im looking forward to the ps1 support, but if it had ps2 support OMG i would die happy x} and as how sony can fix there mess, well they need a price drop for one, and a hack able system, just imagine if we could play n64 emulators and snes i wouldnt need any other system, what do you guys think?
 
I bought it and have played it once. Now I use it only for facebook.. I'm hoping the new Gow will have a port for the vita I doubt it though. And I'm not one for Fps'. So those games do nothing for me. :/

I think NFS, Assassin's creed and PSAS:BR look fun. ;)

@ames dude they already announced that the new GOW will be on Vita as well @ E3 it's just going to be a while longer after the ps3 release -- I'm just hoping that they use "cross buy" for it instead.

Yea they also snuck in a comment about the vita during one of the multiplayer interviews - something about how the "vita port will have the same multiplayer expirience" I don't know if they meant "Cross Play" or just adhoc.

I wanted to say one thing about the ps vita and that is that it is new I yes their are things that aren't popular about it but their will be and their will be new games coming out. I for one like mortal kombat for the vita more then the consol versions. also remember the ps3 was not populer either and people found problems with it to so give a little more time and sony will mike the vita great.
