Predict some of these loose ends in MKAK

Yeah, I'm with you, I used to play MKT sometimes not so long ago, but for 10 minutes, they are just crappy games nowadays, I was considering buying it when it was MK AK HD, now **** it, I wont pay for a low quality game that came out 15 years ago. Emulators are free... though they dont have online support.

You really find them to be "unplayable"? How? The control is responsive and intuitive, gameplay is smooth, slowdown is nonexistent and glitches are minimal. If you simply think they look and sound like crap by today's standards, then fair enough, but I can't imagine how that translates to "unplayable".
 
have some love for the originals i dont see how any fighting game fan can not appreciate the colonels original recipes, if i jumped on board at MKDA or deception or amageddon i would not be a fan

He must be referring to the console ports or MKT because everything else is really good.

He is refering to the fact that they are old.

For example I dont find any good reason to play MK1-3 because I have MK9.

Yeah, they are still good, crappy in the way that they are old and "limited" but they are considered classics, I used to play them before MK9 came out, now I just prefer MK9.
 
That's like saying there's no reason to watch the original Star Wars Trilogy because the new one came out. Or like there's no reason for anyone to drive classic cars because new ones have more horsepower. New stuff is always going to have the benefit of better technology, that doesn't mean there's no room to enjoy the old stuff.
 
IMO, MK 9 aint got NOTHING on the original trilogy. Gameplay and story wise. Where so u think MK9's fighting engine origins are from? Mk 9 also tells a "alternate" timeline where in my best guess, they get a chance to erase past canon mistakes "killing liu kang, horrible roster from MKDA on, etc" but for what its worth i like the original story better. I wish it would of been MK3 instead of umk3. My reasons are the attract mode story art and generic endings umk3 had. plus the 4 levels loop umk3 has
