We need to wait MKAK release. Maybe then, we could get answers, who knows. Time is money Ed! Lol..

I had the same idea, hope it is..

Whole PC Gamers need to buy MKAK PC, thats the only thing we can show how many PC fighting gamers we are. It will change the destiny of MK9 PC guys :)

I'm sure Boon knows how many people want MK9 on PC. He even mentioned it in one of his tweets.

I have been spamming Ed's twitter account asking for MK9 on PC ever since it was announced. But he never answered. I think NRS will see the sales of MK arcade kollection on PC and then port MK9 to PC.
The only problem i have with getting the game is, i need to buy it from a store in a case , not download it :(

You cant go by MK AD sales cuz its just the first 3 games. So many ppl are tired of those games regardless of how good they are, but $10 is a steal for all 3 games. I'm just not sure how the sales will be. I think if they would of replaced UMK3 with MK Trilogy, then sales would be through the roof.

That's our last hope.

You are right, but if it was expensive like 20-30$ then maybe people wouldn't buy it. 10$ for three legend is nothing. People who want to have any MK game (Even it is old, MKAK is a new title with online features on PC's) in their PC's can prove that they are still alive and PC fighting gamers haven't died yet :)

Ed Boon mostly wondered how many fighting gamers are PC players. A Guy said that "Look Ed, rockstar is going to release La Noire PC version" but he answered "tell me about fighting gamers". So he doesn't care RDR or La Noire coming to PC. But i suppose SSF4AE sold well on PC and Capcom said they have satisfied with the sales of SSF4 on PC. We'll see MKAK PC sales i wonder mostly.

I'm sure if it was up to Ed himself, we'd already have MK9 on PC by now. However, WB makes those calls, not Ed. WB is going to look at sales and if the market is there, only then will we see MK9 on PC.

One thing I don't like about if MKAK is used as a yard stick for interest in MK9 is a person may be interested in MK9 but not necessarily MKAK.

This is because those are the OLD games and many people who cared may already have them in MAME and the MKAK may not be an upgrade from that at least when it comes to post process image stuff that MAME has especially newer versions that use pixel shaders to do that stuff. Online play for those old games is kind of overrated in my opinion because of the stuff people do like with auto-fire and Liu Kang's bicycle kick. In general many more people are probably more interested in MK9 than the old MK's anyway. I don't think the audience totally crosses over... not even on the consoles I mean there are probably a lot of fans whose first game was MK9 and don't have an interest in older versions especially not the 2D low res versions from the early 90's.

I myself will probably buy MKAK out of principle to show support but that's just something one has to realize.

Thats what I said. MKAK sales cant determine how MK9 will sell, thats stupid. They are older games and most ppl already have them. MK9 is completely new and has sold extremely well on consoles and ppl have been begging for it to come to PC. MK9's sales will be better than SF4, I guarantee it

They are old but main MK players are still playing old titles too, for example i play mk1 and umk3 almost every night and can't wait to play MKAK because of online features. In these days, i don't play MK9 so much once a week maybe... I don't like the online community of MK9 anymore. If it comes to PC i'd def. buy it of course, i like to play games on PC more than consoles.
