I've already put my 2 cents in about how many women kombatants i would like in the game. But now my only concern is and im sure its most of the ppls here as well is. You don't have to make the females attire slutty. Enough ppl will draw then in a HENTAI BUKAKKI NSFW style anyway. So far with Cassie was done beautifully IMO; Jump suit, combat boots and gear! D'Vorah who i like very much, my only complaint is that her back foot is a heel. I wish it wasn't so but other than that, i have confidence with how the female characters will be handled. The don't have to be wearing thongs or next to nothing to get attention.

I also noticed that she had high heel like feet, but in this case she is insect/human hybrid. Insect legs look small and sharp so this would explain why she has feet resembling high heels (and even if that was shoe I would be ok with it) That's like the only exception I can make, as normally I hat ehigh heels to the point that everytime I see them I want to rip them apart and burn them.

Whats the point in denying it? Mileena IS the slut of MKX, like Ivy is the slut of SC,
Cammy/Poison are the sluts of SF (Poison being a guy actually) and Most females in
DOA are sluts, cause thats the main point of this game imo. Nothing too bad about it,

most slutty has to be Mileena. Why? If MK would be, lets say, way more real, i really
can see Mileena giving away her Body for Power, or even just cause she's mad in her head.

Do we think there will be anymore post MK3 returning females, aside from Tanya? I thought if I based on who I thought was popular that perhaps Li Mei might make the cut but i'm not sure anymore. I reckon we'll get around 8 females - 2 slots are filled, I imagine Tanya will get one, and i'd say Sonya and Mileena have a good chance of returning. Sindel, Kitana, Jade, Sheeva I can't imagine coming back, though Kitana would have the best chance out of the 4. So far i'm seeing it like this:-

Ashrah - I wouldn't mind coming back, I'd say doubtful though
Frost - Doubtful. The whole female sub-zero went down like a lead balloon
Kira - Doubtful, she didn't really gain much of a fanbase
Nitara - I think she had promise, I'd love to see her back but I can't see it
Sareena - I would love to see her in MK X. If the Netherealm is prominent in the storymode, perhaps she has a chance
Li Mei - I think after Tanya, she seems to be the most popular post MK3 female. They must have had faith in her since she came back for Deception. Hope to see her in MK X
Skarlet - I know some people enjoyed her, but her official debut as DLC doesn't make me think she'll return

I would definitely love to see Deception Mileena any time over 2011 Mileena.

She literally took advantage of her being a clone and try leading Earthrealm warriors to their doom. She didn't need to even use her body once in a sexual manner to get that happen.

I would seriously appreciate it if she loses the child like behavior if she returns and head into a more serious route.

I also would not mind seeing a few other returning females to come back. Of course one of them is Frost. But Ashrah and Kira are two others that I would like to see.

I am always open to giving old characters another chance. But as of right now, i would really like to see Mileena, Jade, Sonya Blade and probably Tanya back the most. Khameleon has a really interesting background, but i do not think we'll see her soon if ever again. Kira i also liked back then, but i don't think she would be well-received. Sareena and Ashrah have really good stories with potential, but the time jumps have me worried about them. Li Mei had a good moveset, but i don't think she would work in this game's style. And i don't remember who else i am forgetting, hehe.

Mileena has grown so much as a character, and even as a playable character, she was pretty good in Mortal Kombat (2011), i am also glad she got a new move, and i hope she gets her moveset expanded even more if she is to return. I don't know what her variations could be.

Jade would be perfect for the 3 variation system this game has, and i always liked her design. Her ending from the previous game got me curious about the mystery female that possesed her. Her variations could be based around: 1) Her Bo staff, 2) Her Head-a-rang, and 3) On teleports.

Sonya Blade i always liked, i am not sure what can be done with her variation-wise, but i guess they can give her new moves she mastered through out the years. Her being a tag-team character along with Johnny Cage would be dope too.

Tanya was good in Mortal Kombat 4, i would like her to be back to her glory days from that game. I liked her look, personality and voice more in later games, but gameplay is first and she was the best in Mortal Kombat 4. I also believe a lot can be done with her gameplay-wise and with her variations.

Again, i do not usually main female characters because Kano is playable in almost every game (and Jarek replaced him in Mortal Kombat 4, which i had no problem with) but these girls i liked for various reasons and i would like to see back. I'd welcome anyone though.

I would only want Khameleon back if they actually do something interesting with Reptile. Honestly, I thought she had one of the best bios in Armageddon (probably the best out of the... few they had) and seriously, Reptile refuses to believe her. That's an interesting turn of events rather than having him immediately believe her and such.

But if there's hardly any interaction between these two... what is there really to do with her? Kahn is dead, she can't really get revenge on him. Maybe I guess she can have a story that has her struggling to recreate her destroyed race? I don't think we've really dove into knowing more about their race only to know that they were destroyed by Kahn and it was to be known that these two are like the last two ever.

You just can't compare game Charakters with reality.

Calling Mileena a slut is both accurate and inaccurate. It's a tough call to make mostly because MK doesn't go into the idea of characters actually having sex. But it doesn't mean they don't. I mean, with Cassie Cage and Takeda now joining the lore, it's pretty obvious that characters have had sexual relations.

Mileena wears very skimpy and tasteless clothing... The word slut is used to describe someone like that as well. But the main use for the word goes along with someone who has a lot of sex with a lot of different people. This may actually be true to Mileena. She's clearly provocative, but whether or not she engages in sexual acts with her "prey?" is left up in the air.

I don't particularly have a problem with this concept for a character in MK... I just don't like how it randomly surfaced in Mileena's character come MK Deception. Before that she was just a crazy bi*** who dressed no skimpier than any other female in the series. In Deception she started wearing less clothing than usual and would seductively rub her hands all over her body. At this point, while random and maybe unnecessary, it wasn't all that offensive.

Enter MK9. Suddenly she's wearing even less clothing and the sex levels have been raised to absurd heights.

I know NRS is no stranger to retconning their characters... But wow. Mileena was redesigned in a way that was not only offensive but completely ridiculous.

And she wasn't the only one. I will never forgive them for what they did to Sonya. That is easily the most offensive thing in this series to date. Not because "omg bewbs" but how it completely sh**s all over the character. She went from being a strong sexy Sarah Connor military-esque character to looking like a stripper dressed in tasteless sexualized military apparel. Not good... Not good at all.

This is the problem I was talking about... it's not like this game is related to the equality or gender theories... it's just a game! Even if there were only males or females or hermaphrodites, that's not a thing to argue... so, if you say ohh there lack females, another one will come and say there lack trans and so on... and that's not a proper way to choose the roster... the roster must be chosen only by story importance or popularity!

And even worse, there's MK9 Sonya.

Granted, he puts them on an even playing field with the men... But they're represented (characteristically) in a not-so-great way.
