Obviously Ferra is a female in the game, but when you look at it in a 'playable' aspect I wouldn't really consider her. You aren't playing with her. She's literally a puppet on a string because Torr controls her, but you control Torr.
They still haven't gone in depth with Ferra/Torr's variation. Ferra is not gonna have blades just for Fatalities/X-ray purposes, there has to be several moves were she strikes on her own.
