Lol exactly. After so many years of looking at NRS faces I'll take Birdie in a wig at this point.

Speaking of which, did you guys see the Birdie teaser that Ono put up? Looks like he and Cammy are going to be the next revealed characters.

I hope Cammy gets a new outfit... The leotard is rather outdated. She's my favourite SF character, but I'm sad to say that she is indeed one of the more stale designs, along with... well, most of the roster whose had the same look for over 20 years now.

The skull is the same on his belt and the chains are a staple of his character.
Cammy also got leaked via a magazine. Text only though, no pics.
 
I can dig something like that in-game. I doubt they'll change the design though, maybe the designs posted could be used as an Alt.
 
I just can't with this new ugly Chun Li

everyone thinks she looks great but she looks horrible imo!!

They need to change her back to this!!

Cammy will probably get a slight redesign. It seems like they only kept the absolutely core fighters (Ryu & Chun) the same. I imagine Ken will also look like he always does.

Yup. It was an alt in SSF4. But they always go back to the classic ones.
As a guy who likes to change things up and have the characters actually evolve, it pinches me the wrong way. I know my opinion isn't a popular one, as everyone seems to want the same things again and again and again... *sigh*
 
But the series has been known to keep most of the character's design the same though, It doesn't really bother me because the gameplay makes up for it.

Good gameplay is cool and all, but it's not very creative. If the technical is the only thing good about a game, it quickly gets boring for everyone else than the pros.
 

Cammy and Birdie confirmed.

Well, Cammy kept her leotard, but got some gunstraps on. Looks gorgous as always, and her gameplay looks awesome (the little we see here, anyways).

Birdie... got fat. *sigh*
He was such a badass in the Alpha series, but now they're most likely turning him into a joke character. That saddens me.
