it means it can work on 360 and ps3

you can modify it to work with 360, pc, ps3 and wii - it cost about 80 to mod for any two combinations add a little extra for a tripple mod.

Oh, yes sir. It is indeed dual modded. I asked the guy at the store before I bought it. It was actually the owner's stick that he modded himself, said he added the Joker style button design. He gave me 10 bucks off because I'm a regular there.
