Ahh, well we didn't get spoiled TOO much. We saw the story mode, sure, but it's a small small part of the grand scheme of things considering there is 2 1/2 hours of just cinematics and that's not even character cutscenes.

Otherwise the versus mode just showed us fights - nothing really spoileriffic there.

And we saw around 15 challenges of the 300 challenge tower. So don't feel bad, Even after 3 1/2 hours of stream, they still couldn't show nearly an eighth of what we are going to get our hands on. :D

Overall impression is this MK is going to be the most content, feature rich, fun, best looking, deeper technical gameplay MK to date. How can anyone be unhappy...Job well done on the reboot.

really liked the Test your luck mode, looked a lotta fun.. also the new intros (jade <3 :P) and also had fun as in we saw everyone's gameplay a lot except for sheeva and smoke. I do wonder why they didn't wanna show the select screen on xbox though.. rumour had it they would get another exclusive, not a character. anyway, overall it was fun to watch and it seems like the game is very.. complete. lots of stuff to do, lots of modes, new modes, some things have been patched and done differently, we got to see some new xrays and fatalities (stryker/baraka rocked respectively), we saw that AWESOME sky stage.. I look forward to that xbox reveal and to see if they will show us yet something more before the official release of the game

Ya I''m glad I got to see more Jade action. I like that she got a overhead with looks to have some nice range on it. ;p

Anyone think the reason they made such a huge deal out of not showing character select for the X-Box release version they were playing is due to an exclusive char? High hopes I know, but with all the leaks of which chars are in why make THAT big of a deal out of it?

Was the opening cinematic shown? I didn't even find out that this was up until they were done with that.

I missed Sindel's X-Ray and Baraka's fatality because my internet sucks. ;-;

@ProLiFiK Im not from Tokyo sorry lol Ive only been there once and that was a few years ago.

Yeah they did really show enough to spoil anything if thats what people are wondering.

The opening Cutscene I must say looked amazing!!

I also liked how they finally really talked about the competitive scene and dug into the balancing issues and gameplay. I wasnt that worried to begin with, but it was good to see these things explained

That guy that was playing for the most part was such an idiot, it was hard to watch. Way to suck d00d.

I'm still mad that I missed all the story mode related stuff. I so badly wanted to see Classic SZ's look and the opening cinematic.

At the beggining of the story mode footage, just when Raiden recieves the flashback message, you can see Skarlett just behind Liu Kang.... :)

I missed the first hour and a half or so. But what I saw was interesting enough. But they kept using the same damn characters and it pissed me off.

Enjoyed most of it although I did not watch the story mode gameplay as I want to play the story without knowing the cutscenes an hour in :L

I was impressed although I am starting to wonder if Xbox will get some kind of exclusive due to them not showing the select screen, I dont want a exclusive character anyway due too 1. It will not feel like Mortal Kombat and 2. Everyone will use him/her online.

This. Mostly Scorpion. I kept getting SO PISSED when Scorpion kept winning and kept doing that same horrid fatality (they should have saved that fatality for Kenshi, tbh).

Damn, I'm so jealous of everyone that knew about this from the get-go. I wanna see Classic SZ and the opening cinematic.

Actually, they showed the first 20 challenges.

I just missed Baraka, they didn't pick him, not even once, what we saw of him was just bits at the Challenge Tower. And I wanted them to pick Sheeva and Smoke, after all, they have been revealed already. Besides that, it was really good, a lot of footage for one day. I doubt we had gotten this same amount of footage with all the gameplay released since day one till today.

Edit: wait, they showed Baraka? They showed his fatality? Damn, I must have missed it when I was taking care of my sister.

Klassic zero had the same moves leading me to believe he is an alternate attire, but yeah I was impressed by him
No worries though Im sure there will be recordings up soon, besides we get the game next week anyway :)

The game looks great, I just pre-ordered my second copy from GS since Best Buy wasn't having a midnight release.
