It appears as Kabal takes damage, his mask will get get damaged as well(obviously) than it falls off.

now that you mention this, and since Kabal was at some point unmasked during his reveal video, I remember hearing the exact same thing about Mileena. I guess it's only for those two? as in they are.. 'freakish', while the ninjas f.e. do not lose their masks

well it's fair to say that now we've seen much of everyone except for sheeva and smoke. maybe on this fatality friday we will? on another topic, the first ep of the series is like 12 minutes.. thought it was gonna be way longer. unless I got the wrong link or so

Yeah the length was kind of disappointing, 20 or 30 minutes would be appropriate per episode, Not 12.

I was hoping to see Sheeva and Smoke. Damn I missed Sindel. No offense, but I could have done without the non-stop banter, just show the game....LOL
