Actually no its not the same game exactly. It has a different age warning on the beginning. If it comes out before next week i will let you get the online flawless on me if you cannot get it yourself, as humiliation. zombie665 if you want a free trophy. But only if the patch comes out for the US PSN before next Tuesday

On a serious note when this patch does go live world wide "PARTY!!!"

Where did you get your source that we will not recieve the MKAK patch for US users and UK users on Tuesday next week for Xbox 360 and PS3 users? Other than knowing the day of the updates...
 
Ill post the site when i get home. but with track record with nrs and mortal kombat so far i shouldnt have to. also this was all a marketing strategy. they were number one on release despite now make eu wait three months, release patch make us wait another week and boom rocket sales again, they will get the coveted xmas dlc number1 spot. its all they want and your dollar. dont care what nrs, boon or the owners of this page, it does not take this long to patch and approve. also i think the name of this thread should be.smugly changed to correction the patch wasnt out yesterday after all unless u have the eu copy

this is REALLY annoying me im sick of this ''wait another week crap'' we have waited enough just give us our patch now then we are all happy. and also it better be worth it.

I bet we do have to wait until next week. cause of MS and sony......

I can see that happening greedy bastards lol im sorry but i have to take this off my chest..Ed Boon tells on twitter that they would be hoping to release patch on Thanksgiving and then they switch to release date moved to Dec 6 and till today we still havnt gotten it...well at least the US users and some of the UK users...and even to those that are released are having issues with it, what were they doing the past 4 months of us waiting? >:0

im well annoyed, im in the uk but have the us version. If you are on PS3, have more time on your hands than sense and the US version i beg of youm i implore to join me and try and play online and break owners of the EU versions games, bringing them to a black screen of death. Quite funny doing that and messaging them "whats happened bro sort out your connection"

The owners of this site are so far up NRS a$$ that it shouldn't be a surprise to anyone.

You'd have more luck getting an unbiased perspective on things by visiting the official Mortal Kombat page.

I don't know if they're hoping to get jobs out of it, free copies of games, or what, but all they ever do is take the corporate line on everything and abuse their moderation abilities to try to crush any reasonable questions or criticisms.

Totally agree dude. Seriously what the hell are nrs gonna do to answer this? 3 months to patch a nearly twenty year old games and its still messed up. Christ alive yukes have managed to pull off better. Oh ****ing dear indeed

I don't agree with the bashing of TRMK or Pat, because for all you know he tested it in Friendly Kombat and you tested yours in single player. While there might not be a difference, you don't (or didn't) know that, so I think going off the handle on him like that was uncalled for. I understand where you're coming from since there's money involved, but lets take this for what it's worth:

If somebody told me the gameplay was perfect but the music skipped, I'd hardly think I got ripped off and throw a fit regardless of whether or not it got fixed. But the real issue here is whether that YouTube video shows an audio problem, or a framerate problem.

Audio skipping like that can be caused if something's running slower than it should be, so it pauses in order to catch up. If that is what's happening, it must cause a gameplay issue, typically being too fast or too slow. That's the real question, and since I don't have access to the patched version yet (being in NA) I can't line it up next to my cab and confirm.
