my win was nothing but luck, I had a vision that keenum was going to slay because he was facing the jaguars, but, he did the opposite. it could have been worse, I guess....but, yeah, it was pretty damn bad....I had a few guys show up to their games, but, for the most part, what a dismal week for my guys. hope this week is better. I will never substitute for tony ever again <3
 
Despite what transpired against Yung, I continue to stand by my criticisms of the manner in which his team was constructed. What pisses me off even more is the fact that his victory against me, as fair and square as it is, is a stamp of approval of Homerism in fantasy football.

Despite what I KNOW LC is going to tell me, I'm gonna say it anyway. If there's any reason to insert Schaub and/or Yates back into the starting line-up, this is it! Keenum couldn't even beat the lowly Jags!
 
Locker couldn't beat the Jags, either, it's so weird when a team loses against them, it's just not suppose to happen lol. Keenum all around was predicted to have a great game. There is just no trust in Houston whatsoever. I think someone in our league picked them up (I could be thinking of another league). If it was our league, damn, what the hell are you thinking, lol.

I'm not going to say Keenum can do no wrong, if that's what you think. He has clearly regressed. That's still no reason to put Schaub or Yates in. We know what they are, and it's not good. Kubiak is going to get fired at the end of the season. Let's keep Keenum out there so that he has enough of a body of work to show whoever the coach is next year whether Keenum can be the starter or if he needs to use the apparently high first round pick on a QB.

I wish there was some way I could have made the settings so that TD passes would still be worth 6 points if thrown by a non-quarterback. After all, the whole reason TD passes were dropped from 6 to 4 points as default were to nerf the QB's because they were getting OP. If my running back throws a TD pass on a halfback pass, I should get 6 points.

Yes, I am the commissioner and am complaining about a rule... it's because that's not a customizable thing.
 
I knew I was going to lose this week, lol. Even the guys on the bench didn't do much, so, it's finally not like I had guys getting mega points on the bench.

Playoff dreams smashed and stomped repeatedly <.<

And that was with both Andre Ellington AND Jordan Reed inactive (go me and checking my lineups pre-game), but if I switched them out, the lead would only have been another 10 points. Not much in this league.

lol, I was so mad yesterday in my other league, they had him as Q when I checked, said he looked to be on pace to start, but, it would be a pre-game warm up decision, and I didn't get to change him because I went to the Bills/Falcons game, so, yeah, no computer. I was ticked to come home and see an O next to him. Booooo.

All I can say is...if I lose next week and Camu-san doesn't win the Outworld Division, I'm screwed... That's the only scenario I see in which I can miss the playoffs, since I know for a fact that that is the only team in that division who has beaten me this year. I believe Sek's is mathematically eliminated, though, so I see no threats to my playoff spot within the division.

Love Cowboys: playoff spot clinched; can clinch Earthrealm division with a win OR a loss by Rayzebats.

Rayzebats: playoff spot clinched; can clinch Earthrealm division with a win AND a loss by Love Cowboys

Aggressive Perfectors: cannot clinch division; can clinch wild card with a win; OR a win by Walrus-Copters; OR losses by both TonyRomoJockstraps and Hold Down the Forte, OR oddly enough, WINS by both those teams. The Perfectors only lose the spot if they lose, Walrus-Copters loses, and only one of those teams win.

Walrus-Copters: clinches division with win OR losses by both Hold Down the Forte and TonyRomoJockstraps. clinches wild card with a loss by either TonyRomoJockstraps or Hold Down the Forte

Hold Down the Forte: clinches division with win AND loss by Walrus-Copters. cannot win Wild Card.

TonyRomoJockstraps: clinches division with win AND losses by both Hold Down the Forte and Walrus-Copters. cannot win Wild Card

Quick note... now that I've published these scenarios, they are etched in stone. If I somehow misunderstood how I set up the tiebreaking mechanics and something different that I've put here happens, I'm going to change it to what shows here, so there's no surprises. Here's the tiebreaker rules I wrote this based on, if any of you want to check my work:

Division ties are broken first... division tiebreakers are 1. Head-to-head, 2. Division record, 3. Total points. Wild card tiebreakers are 1. Head-to-head, 2. Total points. None of the scenarios above ended up coming down to points.
