Yea, I suspect that one is important because that's a very telling word these days. Usually 3-letter words are ignored in word searches, simply because it's so easy for a random word to come out of random letters, but Wii is just too important (and obvious) not to be noticed and corrected by the makers.

Yea, the 3 letter words are probably just accidental words.

I do like how evolved and arcade are next to each other.

The Grid of Letters

Over at noob.com the Answers has been replaced with a coding of various letters and words placed in a 12 x 15 grid. I've decoded them into letters placed below:

E S Y R O T S L I F E L
E E R F D N A L S I V E
R S W E D E N I L N O D
T O D D A E R D E I L A
U L W O R G A E E S V C
R K O M B A T D P H E R
N I N I A R A E P S D A
A M E M I R C E A E R N
R E V I T C E P S R E P
O Z I E W D A R K T A R
U E C M O N E V H O M E
N E T M A O D E E L B T
D R I I N O R T L O O F
E F M L T E L E P O R T
L E T S A G E V W I I W

Now let's look at this. I'll be using this thread for the next couple of days and try to decode this grid into whatever.

There's already a discussion going about this, so I've gone ahead and merged your thread into here.

I took the liberty to enhance the image with the number code, from the website.
Just had to invert the colour and then change RGB colour Imput Levels to a high settings to create a vibrant solid blue.

CODE.png

Here are the digitized numbers (thanks to OCR technology):
Code:
05 19 25 18 15 20 19 12 09 06 05 12
05 05 18 06 04 14 01 12 19 09 22 05
18 19 23 05 04 05 14 09 12 14 15 04
20 15 04 04 01 05 18 04 05 09 12 01
21 12 23 15 18 07 01 05 05 19 22 03
18 11 15 13 02 01 20 04 16 08 05 18
14 09 14 09 01 18 01 05 16 19 04 01
01 13 05 13 09 18 03 05 01 05 18 14
18 05 22 09 20 03 05 16 19 18 05 16
15 26 09 05 23 04 01 18 11 20 01 18
21 05 03 13 15 14 05 22 8 15 13 05
14 05 20 13 01 15 04 05 05 12 02 20
04 18 09 09 14 15 18 20 12 15 15 06
05 06 13 12 20 05 12 05 16 15 18 20
12 05 20 19 01 07 05 22 23 09 09 23

And here I converted each number corresponding to the letter in the English alphabet 01 = A, 02 = B, 03 = C, and etc.
I did this because there are 26 characters in the English alphabet, and the highest number in here is 26, and the lowest 01.
Making it a total of 26, eaqualy matching the alphabet.

Except for the number 8 in 5th row from the bottom, 4th column from left, because unlike other single digit values, it has no number 0 before it.
So I left it be.
Code:
E S Y R O T S L I F E L
E E R F D N A L S I V E
R S W E D E N I L N O D
T O D D A E R D E I L A
U L W O R G A E E S V C
R K O M B A T D P H E R
N I N I A R A E P S D A
A M E M I R C E A E R N
R E V I T C E P S R E P
O Z I E W D A R K T A R
U E C M O N E V 8 O M E
N E T M A O D E E L B T
D R I I N O R T L O O F
E F M L T E L E P O R T
L E T S A G E V W I I W

Now, everyone else do your magic and figure it all out.

It was quite easy actually, to get the numbers from the image in to text form I used an OCR program that automatically takes text (and numbers) from images and makes them editable. To convert the numbers in to letters I used Microsoft Visual Basic 2005 Express, and used a feature it has that lets you convert any text you specify in to another, automatically. It all took no more than 15 - 20 minutes.

However I did all this before I realized someone else has done it already.

I doubt the point of his post was to suggest you went to all that much trouble (I did it by hand and it took 15-20 minutes as well, but I was able to circle words in mine using Photoshop). I think the point is, read the thread before you post stuff that's been done and discussed for the past 2 pages.

On a side note, countdown ends thursday! I'm excited!

anyone keeping track, there's a new puzzle over top of a blurred picture of scorpion on noob.com now.

it says:

GEMORAB STIFL WORMOTOR
EMBARGO LIFTS TOMORROW

so yeah, there we go, times up and that's what we get....not batman, at least, not from mr. boon himself.

interesting sidenote to my previous post, even though the picture is a blurred scorpion, the image itself is entitled rain02.jpg.
