I took the liberty to enhance the image with the number code, from the website.
Just had to invert the colour and then change RGB colour Imput Levels to a high settings to create a vibrant solid blue.
Here are the digitized numbers (thanks to OCR technology):
Code:
05 19 25 18 15 20 19 12 09 06 05 12
05 05 18 06 04 14 01 12 19 09 22 05
18 19 23 05 04 05 14 09 12 14 15 04
20 15 04 04 01 05 18 04 05 09 12 01
21 12 23 15 18 07 01 05 05 19 22 03
18 11 15 13 02 01 20 04 16 08 05 18
14 09 14 09 01 18 01 05 16 19 04 01
01 13 05 13 09 18 03 05 01 05 18 14
18 05 22 09 20 03 05 16 19 18 05 16
15 26 09 05 23 04 01 18 11 20 01 18
21 05 03 13 15 14 05 22 8 15 13 05
14 05 20 13 01 15 04 05 05 12 02 20
04 18 09 09 14 15 18 20 12 15 15 06
05 06 13 12 20 05 12 05 16 15 18 20
12 05 20 19 01 07 05 22 23 09 09 23
And here I converted each number corresponding to the letter in the English alphabet 01 = A, 02 = B, 03 = C, and etc.
I did this because there are 26 characters in the English alphabet, and the highest number in here is 26, and the lowest 01.
Making it a total of 26, eaqualy matching the alphabet.
Except for the number 8 in 5th row from the bottom, 4th column from left, because unlike other single digit values, it has no number 0 before it.
So I left it be.

Now, everyone else do your magic and figure it all out.
