Mass shooting kills 14, injures 50 at The Dark Knight Rises screening in Colorado

When did he say that?

I love The Marshall & his unpopular humor

People are gushing over this on Facebook. Its annoying. I guess its halfass understandable, but I go on Facebook to talk about stupid shit and laugh at people trying to hook up.

Its a sad situation and from what I'm reading, they are actually having security throughout a lot of theaters nation wide. Although that is understandable, I wander if this will make people too paranoid to go out to the movies now. I hope not, being as this was the action of one man and it could've happened anywhere. He just happened to choose a movie theatre.

I hope not his joker was the best followed by nicholson version. But I agree what would make someone want to think that way.

You hope not? It's idiotic to even speculate. If they ever hope to have a follow up with the Joker, they'll have to find someone who looks similar but won't come close to Ledger's portrayal of him. Considering The Dark Knight is easily the most popular Batman movie to date, and it's almost entirely due to Ledger's performance, the movie would bomb.

I didn't mean it the way you took it. I ment the "I hope not" sarcastically.

One of the women who died had just escaped bullets at the Eaton Center shooting here a few weeks ago and now her mother is all over twitter trying to get people to trend her name.

k, your daughter just died, and all you care about is hanging out on the net and getting people to trend her name? Holy shit, that is pathetic.

I haven't seen the story yet, my husband was just telling me about it.

That is just stupid.

AMES, you sure you don't just mean "I meant I hope not jokingly" instead? Because otherwise, there isn't really any sarcasm in "I hope not"

Pretty cool of them to save their girlfriends because I'm sure most people wouldn't do that. They might say they would but if it actually came down to it, they probably wouldn't.

I must say, some of the conspiracies surrounding this make sense.

Very scary considering The Fall is thought to come later this year.

That makes no sense at all. why would he dress as Bane but say he's the Joker? and if it was staged why colorado and not some mega city like in New York or California?

Because Denver has some of the strictest gun laws around (I got that from the piktyer). It was meant to send a statement that gun laws are meaningless, gun bans are in order. They are setting us up to be defenseless.

I hate my father, he's a gang banging piece of shit. But one thing he told me will always stick with me.
"When America's military can't be trusted, who is the last line of defense? The gangsters"

Oh I see. Although I don't agree that it was a stage tragedy I get it why someone would think that.
