So, Zombie/Spirit Liu Kang all over again, but this time he's a god instead...
Yeah, ..basically.

He deserves fire god status after being a zombie for a few games...
He doesnt necessarily have to be bad. He should take a form of mentorship. For the new heros as raiden did for the original herosBut Fire God is still bad.....

He needs character progression and at this point theyre arent many other ways of doing it. Due to the circumstancesNo, bad as in, Liu Kang being a god is a bad idea.

In mk becoming a god isnt that big of a deal to me. Its not like he wouldnt be able to fight anymore. Its a logical progression because liu has always been good, he has been a champion, hes been a hero. For the god direction though i hope they make him. Like someone who doesnt pick random battles to partake in. Rather his involment means shit has gotten real. kind like levi from attack on titan. Like an elite, badass mferMy exact thoughts. Liu Kang being a god is too big for the comics as well.

Him becoming a god doesn't necessarily mean that he's badThat would be nice. Like some sort of "I'm here to put an end to this mess and bring order again". The problem with this is: it sounds like the ultimate good guy nevertheless, not a villain. If things got so bad to the point of him returning like some fire badass entity, surely the heroes would side with him? Unless you play as him when that happens and that's how you unlock him. Maybe we got it all wrong and he's not a villain, he's the ultimate hero, the final playable character from story mode. Fits the character. Or maybe he'll be so pissed off that he'll just kick the heroes' asses too.

To me its a natural progression. Its needed. And maybe it can lead to him sticking aroundIt's so odd seeing people rip on Liu Kang for so many years. Now everyone wants him in the game coz gd frm ru kgn iz bd azz.

If it is to any consolation, I still want him to sit this one out. Not interested in seeing Liu Kang in MKX, Fire God or otherwise.
