Killer Croc Confirmed!!!!

Don't assume he's playable. That could easily be an interactive stage element for a special Arkham Asylum stage. Just look at the characters and environment, it's all straight from those games. Also, this could simply be a part of the story mode. But hey, if Croc IS playable, I wouldn't argue.
 
sadly I'm with mcgriffin.

I kind of feel like the texture on killer croc is a bit off. like they didn't put the love in for him as if he was a playable character. So i'm gonna assume he's some side thing.
 
I'm gonna say he is 100% just a stage interaction in the Arkham Asylum stage, with a possibility that the Wal-Mart pre-order pack for the Arkham City skins will have missions akin to the red son pack with croc having grundy/bane or even doomsday ect... moves.

But its still nice to see croc in the game in some way.

They're going to confirm to you that Killer Croc, The Riddler and Penguin are not playable later today. The Batman Vs Bane match will probably take place in the Arkham Asylum stage.

They should of had him in some sort of dark murky sewer stage transition (perhaps gotham city?) tat way he could be more menacing coming out of nowhere, instead of chilling with everyone in the tv room.

Considering the fact that the character models for the character cameos in the Pit II stage (Daegon, Frost, etc) were ripped straight out of Armageddon, I wouldn't be surprised if that turns out to be the case for Croc and company

It'd be cool if he turned out to be playable, though
 
I have an underwhelming feeling that Killer Croc, Riddler, Two-Face and Penguin won't be playable, which is a damn crying shame.
I don't give a shit if it's "too many Batman characters," they would be awesome playable characters to have in the game.

I couldn't care less how many characters a series has in a crossover fighting game as opposed to other series, I only care if they're fun to play as

I feel the same way about scarecrow. Also, yeah they're just an interactive stage transition.
