that fatality looks sick. immortal reaver the smoke and noob outfits are the mk2 outfits look at the screen shots of the renders and look closely, allthough i wouldnt be suprised if they were just pallette swaps when released

Oh yeah, my bad. I figured they were just pallete swaps of the other ones we have. Those do look like MK2 ones. I wish they were UMK3 style though. I prefer UMK3 outfits for every character.

No, that's one of his fatalities, notice the black background. His victory pose is at 0:13.

Also, why shouldn't they add MK2 outfits when mk9 is a remake of mk1,2 and 3? Hopefully they will add all their klassik outfits in the near future!

And by the way, Kenshi is amazing. I wasn't expecting NRS to recreate an ordinary characters into an epic one! That is above my expectations! Now I'm anxious about rain and the secret character.

I like how on his fatality, when he's carrying the opponent and takes out the sword, the opponent gets all scared and tries to cover himself, then he throws the sword to the back haha. That's awesome

I kinda doubt that. I don't know why they'd go through the trouble of rendering those models if they weren't going to use them. That'd be kind of a dick move to put this stuff together, show it to us, and then give us the same old MK1 costumes we've already been seeing for months. They may not look exactly like that when we get them, but they should be pretty damn close.

Even if I don't like the MK3 costumes at all, for the sake of completion an inclusion of them would be really the icing on the cake.

I also hope that the MK2 ninja costumes are for all ninjas, they were my favorite ninja design.

The Kunoichi costumes were really nice, the Ninja costumes were also nice, although I am a big fan of the first costumes. But nevertheless universes better than the MK3 Costumes.

Hell yea, Kenshi is amazing. I never liked it and i was worried about the move set didn't were similar to Ermac but now he has a different fight style and it's amazing.

btw, as what I see, those ninjas looks like they were extracted from MK2. How about a Classic female ninjas? you know, with long and loose hair.

Oh Jeebus. I think I have a new favorite. Not only is he sexy, but his moves look BADASS.

Definitely pro-Kenshi over here. Welcome to the group, my friend. I hope you enjoy rooming with Smoke, Ermac and Johnny Cage.

00:29 Has a low-hitting string.
00:30 He appears to have a Special move launcher, meaning that most of his strings should be comboable into it, like Nightwolf.
00:33 Long-range special that pummels the enemy. Doesn't look like you can follow it up with anything yet. May be a good zoning tool, depending on how long it reaches.
00:40 His Enhanced launcher may start out with an overhead.
00:44 He has a normal string that goes into a launcher.
00:54 Projectile reflector.
00:58 His forward throw puts a fair amount of distance between him and the opponent. May be decent for getting them into the corner?
01:10 Insanely long-range combos.
01:15 Projectile X-Ray, can punish from full screen. Can also combo with reflected projectile.
 
I gotta admit I was completely against kenshi since he was ermacs remake in 5 but now he seems to have his own original amazing looking moves...good show Ed Boon
 
Wow, totally jaw droppingly impressed. Looked like a mix of Nightwolf, Noob, and Ermac with Kitana's X-Ray. Looks like a fun character, I never got the hype when he was first introduced in 04. To me he has totally redeemed himself years later. Big ups!
 
I was officially wrong comparing him to ermac.. kenshi looks ****ing phenominal! If they characters keep getting better like this we are all going to throw up once we see rain.. :D
