That's because there's always the "DLC" slot where they can just add as many guys as they want.

They will probably do more DLC this time. Because they didn't expect MK9 DLC to do so well. They might attempt to go for more than 4 extra DLC this time around. But they are gonna base it on sales.

You don't make promises you can't keep.

but I'd say ATLEAST that many is a very standardize way of thinking, when you also take into effect what Rikolaw said.

They confirmed we'd get more DLC than we did for MK. So it's gotta be more than 4 characters. I'd say anywhere between 5-8 is likely, with my bet going to 6.

And the unlockables making it 26 is possible, I just don't see the final number being 24. As I said, why sit there and say "we can't give the final number, there's still a number left, we're aiming between 20-30" etc. when we can clearly see the select screen, the same select screen that's been shown for months. That would kind of defeat the purpose.

How sure are you that when they mentioned 20-30 that it was after the character select screen reveal?

Select Screen at Evo 2012, posted on Jul. 8th. (Not sure if this is the 1st reveal of it, but it's from beginning of July, that's pretty early)

I watched about 6 different interviews 2 nights ago, mostly from New York Comic Con and EB games expo, and they definitely say the 20-30 in there. I'll try and find them exactly...

Edit: Just looked at a few and the question wasn't asked. So not sure which one had it in... So maybe it'll be 24, not sure. I still would hope for 26, but if it's 24 then that's not bad. I just don't see why they dodge the final count question if they've had the select screen visible since it's first stage demo lol.

Whoa gotta give it to NRS with this one they're doing pretty well revamping some of the cheesy DC characters...Not too keen on what I can see in the Doomsday pic though but I ain't making my mind up on that one screenie, it's kind of an awkward angle. Can't wait to see what they do with Aquaman!

Yeaaah man thanks. That costume looks crazy I actually played him a lot in MK vs DC along with lex and they both got revamped kinda reminds me of the before and after pics of kim karadashians plastic surgeries lol.
