Injustice 2 Media and Discussion Thread!

Thanks [MENTION=10945]YungQ94[/MENTION], I didn't know of them. I'm not well-versed in comic book lore and have only played the first Injustice fleetingly; I enjoyed the campaign but never mastered any of the characters. I might re-play the campaign again between now and May, however.

That said, I am very impressed by IJ2's roster so far; if only MKX could have had some of these kind of left-field choices.

My only complaint (apart from Catwoman, obviously - terrible character) is that going by what they did with Goro, Darkseid will likely not appear in the storyline, and won't get any alt. costumes. :(

Looking forward to the story mode trailer!

Darkseid wont need alt costumes because he'll have gear. They've already confirmed that he and the other dlc characters with have unlockable gear.

Really makes me wonder why if they got him now, why couldn't they get him for MK9?
Maybe they really wanted to promote that reboot.

Off topic, but it really is such a shame that the silent Jason got put in the dialogue heavy MKX, while the charismatic Freddy got a silent role in MK9
 
Just keeps on coming. Shattered Aliance's part 4 coming Thursday, detailing Grodd's Society. Curious how large of a role they'll play. I really don't want Brainiac to just show up in the third act out of nowhere

I would assume that he would be more of the shadowy villain who is around but not in the action until the end, as the only time's we have seen him is in Kara's flashback thing and that one scene on earth (even though that was his minions and not him in person).
