1. That literally makes zero sense. The Netherrealm doesn't negotiate, they don't make alliances, and they certainly won't hear Raiden out unless it's Earthrealm's unconditional surrender. Liu Kang HATES Raiden for getting everyone killed. Neither of them would ever consider an alliance.

4. By that logic, nobody but but the new SF team(Cassie, Jacqui, Kung-Jin, and Takeda.) should be playable. Everyone is older than 45.

I don't want the Armageddon's story line to be repeated again. They did the whole Armageddon story because MK8 at the time was going to be a fresh new start for the series and they wanted to kill all off everyone.

I'm really hoping Shang Tsung is coming back and as REAL bad ass and bossy. Guy never got much respect, except on MK1. It's time.

Agreed. I hope he's in old man form, or at least has that as his alt. costume, as my friend and I both agree that was his best look. He seems more menacing, and it reminds me of MK1.
 
I hope it revolves around rebuilding Edenia and trying to bring Kitana back to normal. I can see Rain and Tanya having a major role in the next game.

And i hope she stays evil. That's the coolest Kitana ever. I doubt we'll see Tanya, but Jade, Rain and Sindel have a big chance.
 
the first thing they need to do in MK11 is get the game speed right
MKX is slightly too fast so you cant really make out what the characters are doing. most combos and specials just look like a flashy mess

faster is not better, if you cant really make out whats going on its harder to enjoy it
 
I really like [MENTION=18386]NathanCorsini[/MENTION]'s roster and whilst I think focusing on Edenia and Chaosrealm would be awesome, unfortunately that's looking unlikely -- the emphasis being on Dark Raiden, the new Netherrealm rulers, Kotal hosting a new Mortal Kombat tournament, and the likely return of Shang Tsung. My feeling is that NRS will think Chaosrealm is too 'obscure' for a mainstream MK audience, and so whilst they may mention it (especially if Havik is a playable character in MK11) I very much doubt they will ever make it a focal point for as long as the comics are available as a source for some of the more niche stuff.

Remember, MKX was very, very safe with its storyline and roster; they cut all the perceived 'dead wood' and only brought back the characters they felt were successful/popular among the casual fanbase.

4. I wouldn't mind this for MK11, actually, at least the ones with kids.
The older generation doesn't have to get killed off, but it would be nice to see them being cameos, while their children take up the reins for a while.
Sonya, Johnny and Jax can sit out for a while.
It would be nice to see the torch being carried by a new generation, along with having 4 or 5 more new characters.
I hope that Mileena, Quan Chi and Shinnok will also sit out for MK11, and that they stay dead for at least 1 game.
Some of the other MK1, MKII and MK3 characters (aside from Sonya, Johnny, Jax and Mileena) in MKX can also be swapped out for some of the other living ones or possible future children (maybe Kano's son can replace Kano), IMO.
Either Smoke, Kabal, Sektor or Cyrax can also be a replacement for Quan Chi and Shinnok, for example.
