MK9 was the same way. Just one BnB for each character and everyone playing 100% the same way.

People are such morons on Injustice. But people are morons in general in all aspects of life to be honest. I was playing Survivor as Grundy and this guy came up and picked Superman then zoned the shit out of me the entire match. If I managed to get close to him, he'd air dash away. Literally nothing that Grundy can do against that crap. But then when I picked Martian Manhunter and completely kicked in his assholes, he got all y and sent me a message.

Him: wow pussy ur such a spammer u have 1 move
Me: Uh... okay? That's all you did was laser the entire match. I actually got combos off of you many times. u mad?
Him: fck u dik idc
Me: u mad?
Him: wow stop sendin me messeges
Me: OK but I have one question for you kind sir, if you don't mind.
Him: what
Me: y u mad tho?

Currently sitting a KOTH room by myself. I always clear out rooms when I really try. I have a 10 streak currently, waiting on people to join. Playing with mah pokeymanz until then.

MK9 is much more entertaining to watch, provided it isn't Kabal, Cyrax or Kung Lao that I'm watching.


I'm telling you man, when MK10 drops and it has all of the improved features that Injustice had like trading, robust practice mode, ingame frame data and alternate controls, shit is going to be fresh to death. I imagine that MK's scene is going to be a lot bigger because of Marvel dying and Tekken getting rehauled. We'll have to see how well Ultra does. Because if it isn't up to standards, the FGC will have a new messiah.



At least until SFV or Marvel 4 come out :laugh:
 
Some of the heads at TYM say he's mid tier now.
He still has insane mixups, but he still gets zoned out by a lot of the cast

No offense to your friend, but does he even fighting game bro? haha. Bane gets zoned hard by a few characters. A lot of characters also have ways of getting away from him when he charges in with BF1. Ares can just teleport away and continue zoning.

But even an average Bane player can win easily if they can get in. They only have to open you up a couple times and you're dead.

Everybody can counter his charge just by simply jumping. No need to special. A while back I was called a spammer because I just jumped over some Bane charging then gunshot him. Then when he ran out of venom he stopped so I began to chip then he'd charge again, jump, gunshot repeat.

It was one of those matches I couldnt care less about, he/she plays stupid I play stupid
 
This guy has the maxed-out boxing gloves on his hero card which means he spent I think like 5 hours in Practice, or something? But he uses Day 1 Deathstroke and Catwoman. Two insanely easy noob characters. How ironic. It made me laugh. hahaha. 5 hours in Practice and you can only MB Cat Dash into B3? smh
 
Maybe they were day 1 Death Cat. Could be he just wanted to try new characters.
I could rock the maxxxed out boxing gloves and try using Batman online. Shit would look day 1 as fuah

After 6 hours, I think I've found my bnb

Then afterwards, I ji2 again for the crossup setup

I use to main Batman but I dropped him for Superman.

My main bnb was something real difficult like F+2, 3 F+2, 3 F+2, 3 F+2, 3 F+2, 3 F+2, 3 F+2, 3 F+2, 3 Buffer into Super

F23, F23, F23, you mean. haha. "F+2, 3 F+2" means forward plus 2 then standing 3 then forward plus 2 again.

Catwoman is easymode though, but then again most of the game is. Very few respectable characters in my opinion. This game pisses me off more than any other because of a lot of the dumb shit that's in it. But I still have fun with friends. The only characters I honestly can give people respect for using is:

Cyborg, Green Arrow, Shazam, The Joker, Solomon Grundy, Lex Luthor, Ares, Bane, Martian Manhunter, Lobo, Zod.

The rest are highly frustrating the majority of the time.

In MK9 I only hated Kung Lao mostly. Some other characters had some bullshit I didn't like, but they weren't bad overall. Like Mileena. I hated her D4 with a passion. It was so fcking retarded. But even after playing Injustice then going back to MK9 to try it out again... Kung Lao has gotten less annoying. He is nothing in comparison to the dickery in Injustice.
