He's not worth it for online play, I don't think. He's okay but I don't find him to be interesting enough to pick up for a long time.

I've leveled up my Grundy pretty fcking hardcore though. I've been doing a lot of:

B23~MB Walking Corpse, double dash, stance switch, NJ2, 112~MB Swamp Hands, etc. The MBWCC into double dash stance switch NJ2 is pretty damn good. Switching your stance causes an overhead mixup that's really hard to see which side it will land on. B23 into WC is also swag as fck. I've also been practicing interactable bounce combos.
 
I never had a problem using MMH online can connect all the stuff I could offline just connecting B3 off of db1 MB has weird timing so had to test this in practice mode online to connect it properly online. Love using him though and definitely a second main for me to use. He is really fun to use and the most unique DLC character.

Has a real easy 40% BnB combo and a 48% that only consists of 1 bar. He has beast damage.
 
Yeah Martian's b3 is the only hard part, but once you get the timing down it's pretty easy.
Still not as bad as Scorpion's b3 combos though. Good lawd
 
Yeah. That timing to get the B+3 down is strict and tight, but well worth once it's in the muscle memory. I don't know which special is more friendly to combo into B+3: His MB Martian Grab or his MB Phase Charge??

His MB phase charge definitely. Im able to land it easily just off MB Martian grab the timing weird off of it though I pretty much got the timing down.

Martian Manhunter definitely a fun character to use. Will be using him a lot. His Justice League voice also why I love using him.
 
Carl Lumbly for the win!! So true on that.....especially with his unique clashes with Regime Supes and Green Lantern.

I like one of his regular clash quotes the best:

"Will you not listen to reason?" or "You cannot best Martian might!"
 
Has there been any word on the "Man of Steel" skin for Zod? NRS needs to just stop making outfits for Batman and Supes. Black Adam, Killer Frost, and Sinestro are the only characters left with only 2 alts.

New 52 Black Adam would be badass, with the hood up hopefully.
 
New 52 Black Adam is similar to Regime Shazam. I see different ones though, with hood on and hood off.

I'm trying to justify my use of Doomsday. Dude is easy mode as funk, so much so that people are starting to use him against me when they see my name pop up in Ranked. I usually beat them because they think his whole gameplan is Earthshaker Shoulder Charge, but it's still close :laugh:



I make good reads though god damnit. And that anti wakeup corner tech is da smar stuff

Since it's Shark Week, just warning everyone to watch out for most players that will be using Aquaman......Whatever you do, be prepared and formulate any counters against the King of Atlantis.
 
It's not my corner tech cause I got hit with it once by VIETNAM_GENERALS

Anyway just do his high low special with your opponent in the corner and spam that shit.
If they don't know about the high low rule then they're fvcked.

Even if they are advanced it's really hard to block cause of the mindgames
