General Injustice Gods Among Us Gameplay Chat

I want to pick up a new character. I'm considering Lobo or Bane.

I've been getting my ass handed to me since I got my Injustice working again, and I need a change of pace.







Please include a 739 page essay as to why I should pick Lobo or Bane.
 
You're missing the point. If DS has to sword flip out of the strike then he's off his spam game. He's moving towards Lex giving me plenty of time to get my gameplan going. Armor is only used for up close , not to deal with projectiles. If they're full screen then they can't tech roll out of the way because they can't roll further back while in the corner. Knocking him down full screen isn't very hard. Use the lance to trade with his guns and then use the MB strike. Mission accomplished. Does any other character have to defend themselves this much seriously??
 
*Facepalm* Thank you for correcting me, lol. But still though, DS doesn't have to keep moving forward. He still has 3/4 of a stage to work with. I'm not trying to call your character out or anything because you're really teaching more about Lex because It's rare to fight them online. Not sayin' that I shouldn't contest your knowledge of the character, but it wouldn't be a wise thing to do considering I know nothing about him.

I didn't know you played Lobo Yung, most excellent.

I just played the funniest match ever, dude's wife/girlfriend was bishing at him the whole time. She was like screaming at him too, I couldn't stop laughing. :rofl:

Lobo hits like a damn truck.
Meter burn czanrian toss for that damage.

Long reaching specials, safe block strings with hook charge , damage boosts from that trait.

He is a grappler but just like Bane he has Godlike dash.
Matter of fact his dash is better than Bane's. When timed correctly you can dash under high projectiles.
For example, Ice daggers, Sinestro shit, Deathstroke Guns, Joker gunshot, Shazam lightning bolt, Raven shit, etc.

Not to mention it feels so damn good to pull off a super to your opponent.

Lobo is top secret 007 top tier, for sure.
I will make a guide for him and post by Sat 7pm est.
But for now, activate his trait (Nuclear Shells, that just sounds epic).
(I use meter burn to make sure I pull this combo off) F+3~B2,U1~1,1,2x Hook Charge, or if you want to be mid screen Space Hook(B,F+2)(Meter Burn optional)
Also roll dash gives you mix up options like pump shot MB with trait, or D+2~Spin Cycle.

I actually don't play Lex man, you might have me mixed up with somebody else here. :laugh:

I use Ares, Black Adam, and Zod. Lobo is feeling pretty nice so far, I still want to spend some more time in the lab before taking him online. I'll be watching out for your Lobo thread though Commander.
 
Yeah I meant Bass my brain farted I was half asleep when I posted. Yung right now we'll leave it at whoever posts the guide first gets it but u can add to mine if I get it done first. Id battle for it online but I don't have xbl right now :( My mains are Batman Lobo Doomsday Black Adam and right now Zod But I could also make a guide for Raven/Batgirl Super Supes if anyone is interested.
