I see what your trying to get at, Tarkatan, and yeah, people would definitely b***** that "Scorpion and Reptile have an Animality and not _____________."

That being said, I do like BBBLP's idea where they are summoned, and used in a fatality, rather than it being where they morph into the animal.

Liu Kang's Dragon should definitely stay for the next game, maybe with a different animation, as it's the best fatality that they've ever made for him, with Liu Kang's MK4 screen toss explosion coming in 2nd.

Animality or not, Liu Kang's Dragon Fatality holds the same iconic status as Sub-Zero's Spine Rip and Scorpion's Toasty. Otherwise it would never keep coming back. It was even the biggest no-brainer when the Animality was introduced in MK3. In fact, for all I know, it probably started the Animality rumor in MKII.

Why does everyone hate on Sheeva just because she turns into a scorpion in mk3?
I do agree with tarkatan thrash animal fatalities should only be exclusive to certain characters like Liu Kang and Shang Tsung.

People don't only hate Sheeva just because her Animality should have been Scorpion's.
People also hate Sheeva because she's been a terrible character since MK3, with terrible gameplay, and had no real story development either, aside from being one of Shao Kahns minions.

They hate her because she was weird. She made creepy noises when she fought and was just plain ugly.

"Terrible gameplay"? No. Everybody had terribly gameplay in the old MK's.
Story development doesn't matter either. Baraka and Kabal neither had any story development but they are still fan favorites. Whereas Shujinko had huge development, but is still one of the most hated characters in the series.



tl:dr MK fans are whack

Nope it would be best if he doesn't morph into anything. I like the inferno skull spectre demon ninja the way he is.

Personally, I've always liked Trilogy Scorpion's Hell Hand summon than his Scorpion.
Unfortunately that ability belongs to Shinnok now

For Tanya I have another idea. I think it'd be interesting if she jumps up in the air and shoots a massive fireball at the opponent, making the victim's body burn up. Then, she does a dive kick with a flaming foot, shattering the enemy into pieces. Something similar to what the Phoenix (X-Men: Next Dimention) would do.

I still remember back in umk3 when scorpion had this hilarious fatality. He would teleport the oponent to the netherrealm, multiply himself and then all the scorpions would charge at the oponent and start beating him up. The next mk should have some hilarious fatalities like that one.

But what exactly did Scorpion and his clones do to his opponent? The fact that it is censored suggests a lot. I was told by a friend of mine that they crucify the victim...
