** Character Bios/Endings, Stages, and other stuff revealed. **MAJOR SPOILERS**

Bittersweet indeed. This whole game is gonna be amazing, but if it's the last time we get to see certain beloved characters, I am definitely gonna be a little upset by it. These characters go back to my childhood, and it'd be a shame if they were phased out for a new cast over the next few games. I do like the idea of characters dying, and actually staying dead, as it makes the stakes that much greater and more epic, but it still sucks. I guess time will tell. Over the past week and a half, it's just been crazy. So much news and awesome stuff being shown, and even finally getting to play the demo. It's insane.
 
I still haven't played the demo myself, although strongly considering joining PSN+ to play it. Since I'm Australian it'd have to be a foreign subscription, don't know how to get around that right now.
But yes, the amount of info is overwhelming at the moment, I feel flooded by it all. So different compared to last year when we were seeking out any scrap to keep us occupied.

ok so basically we have a mortal kombat trilogy without Rain, unmasked Subzero, robot Smoke and Motaro.. ffs the others are duplicates and Motaro is a boss. from normal characters they only left ONE out? :( anyway I won't lose hope till the final release of the game :(
 
NRS just decided to get real with it and tossed out that old tradition of no one staying dead. We have yet to see if these characters remain dead, but their futures do not seem bright. NRS is being more bold with the way the story operates, and there's no better way to be bold than to kill off favorite characters.

With references to Die Hard as well, haha! I'm really impressed with how they've updated the character.
 
I see this game more or less as some kind of "reboot" or "remake" , a refresh updated new version of traditional old MK histories .... if it's good or bad, well, fans will judge, anyway, the game itself is too much awesome to be "tainted" by some called "negative" details in history .... if they (NRS + WB) are changing things forever, well, it's done already, hardcore fans maybe will complain about this or anything that they are used to known, but, what is done, it's done.

I know MK history is one of the richest in details and best around, but, the owners of MK franchise, if feel like , will do whatever they want, no matter what. If this time history gave almost a 360 degree turn up change, we should remember that Ed Boon agreed with that and allowed that, since he is the most specialist on MK among the entire NRS team.

I don't see these changes as negative one, but instead, as "Different" one this time. The game has a fantastic gameplay, lots of game modes and too much fun aspect to be diminished at this point, because of leaked details on story mode.
 
But there still is one thing everyone should remember. This might not be the final build and so things missing might be in the game and some things in there could be replaced. So I'll believe the bios and things like that but for things like characters and bosses not being in the game I'll wait for April 19th.
 
I just had to give you rep for this BlackCborg! You did it in a ingenious way too! You confirmed everything I've always wanted to know. All the characters I love and then some are in! I can't wait to play this ****ing game! I can't wait to see what plot twist are in store.

But, to everyone didn't I call it? I told you in a couple of post that Quan-Chi is building an army of spectre/wraiths that include scorpion and noob. It only makes Sense! Can't wait to play as him!

GOD, this is driving me crazy, so many spoilers! I read the bios, ok, but I'm using all my will power not to search for the endings. Thank you, @Blackcyborg, for not putting them here, or else I would've already read them.

One thing about that post of yours, with the characters in the select screen, that number by their side is the number of costumes they have? I don't understand, how can Mileena have 5 costumes if she was supposed to be the one character with most costume, that is, 3?
