You bring up going points.
Perhaps Ermac is also a double agent working for Quan Chi, the same way that Erron Black was a double agent working with Kano and Kotal?

Well i would since i think Jax,Jacqui and Tanya all deserve to be in mkx. what make you think your opinion should count more than anyone else.

Ultimately it's NRS product and they made the decision that's best for them and the story they want told.
 
It's nice to have something legit being posted today, so thanks for that. :)

It was a short trailer, but nothing wrong with it. I agree with some of you that Jax is a pretty bland character overall, but he's powerful and I get the feeling NRS seem to be fleshing him out a bit in MKX. Hopefully this is his last big hurrah, and MK11 focuses on the younger generation and newer fighters. I'm interested to see how Jax and Jacqui's variations work, but I can't say I am particularly excited for either. That said, I don't think they're 'wasted' slots; I really like the roster so far because it feels quite diverse and there's an interesting mix of old and new. Give me Fujin and a solid Goro design and I'll be very happy indeed.
 
Entitlement or not, but there are definately other characters I'd prefer making the roster over Jax and Jacqui. They don't interest me or appeal to me, but neither does alot of the other characters on the roster. That's simply just my personal opinion on the matter.

Your example is different from what I meant. You wanting Frost and Tanya in the game is fine, everyone has characters they wanted on the roster from launch. Entitlement is asserting that YOU personally are the only fan worth listening to and catering to other fans of other characters is pretty much either unnecessary or irrelevant, because only YOU deserve to be heard, and that only your own personal favourites are the ones who should always be included, while any other characters that have been revealed are a complete 'waste' and 'stole' a slot from their favourites.
 
I think Tanya Jason kung Jin (concept wise)look boring but as long as I like 1-2 characters I'm happy.

I don't plan on learning the entire roster.
 
Sonya, Johnny, Cassie, Jax, Jaqui

I am not saying these five characters are unnecessary but all in the same game? this is unnecessary.
 
Why not just make a thread to discuss "wasted slots and who deserves what" instead of clogging this thread with that stuff?

Well the scene where Ermac mentions ripping Jax's arms off is in the bloodied DeadWoods. The same place where Erron Black and Kotal's warriors surround the team with Jacqui saying "Dont know about you guys but I'm living the dream". That was the scene I figured was a misunderstanding, but it appears Kotal has sent his warriors after the Special Forces
 
So we got the Kung Clan, Cage family, and Briggs family and so far I do not care for the Briggs family and that trailer didn't convince me other wise buuuuuuuuutttttttt they are only two people and you can't win them all

But why you think Jax and "alot" of others characters are boring but like a girl who's been in like 2 MK games is beyond me.
I can guarantee you here and now she'll be the least downloaded character for MKX.
Now that's what I call a wasted slot.

Skarlet was the least dled character and she was incredibly awesome and badass.

I never liked Tanya but I can see some potential in her now that I see what NRS has done to some of the most generic and boring characters of MK9 like Cage, Mileena and Kitana, these 3 look great now, I think and I hope they will do something similar with Tanya.

However this doesn't apply to some chars like Jax and Sonya, they are still lame IMO. Liu Kang is still meh. Not entitlement, just my personal opinion.

Or it could be that Mileena has finally reclaimed her throne from Kotal and has ordered the warriors to halt or stop them by any means necessary. Remember, Ermac is bound to serve whoever is the ruler of Outworld, good or bad.

On topic, pretty decent trailer. Looking forward to their variations gameplay. By the way, that Jax fatality: Ouch!!

Reptile's seen in that scene too, and he's one of Kotal's most trusted warriors.
 
Now it's guarenteed that I will add Jacqui to my list of mains. Her gameplay is cool so far.
I might not play as Jax, but he's always had the best fatalities in every MK Game he's been in.
Also, something tells me Ermac might not make it out of MKX alive. I believe Jacqui will finish him.
