Batman: Arkham Origins announced

I have off on the 25th, so this means two things.

1. I'll have something to do all day/night.

2. My body is going to hate me from all the snacks and drinks I'll eat while playing.

Pre ordered and paid off season pass included get on my level.

Do you have the Collector's Edition? If not, get on MY level, son ;P

LOVE this game, just like I love the other two. I don't mind that not much has changed, it was great to begin with. It's no different in that department than the first few RE games. If it ain't broke, don't fix it. Plus, Bruce Wayne in the batsuit, sans mask, in the beginning, HUBBA HUBBA.

Same here... They could give me three more like this and I'd still play dafuq out this game.. Even when it's just a carbon copy from the original blueprint it's still a great game... Now the vita version is just not doing it for me at all, the game just don't work as a side scrolling platformer.

It is a fantastic first try for WB Montreal. One thing that I kinda liked that wasn't a huge deal was how they changed his costume. It reminded me of the comics and when they change artists, the new person will change small things like the length of the ears on the cowl or they might give him five O'clock shadow. I can't wait to see what more the decide to deliver with Dlc (If any) and what characters they decide to bring in for the challenge maps.

It would be really cool to see a Year one story Dlc.

I have pics of all the stuff that comes with the CE, but, it is on my phone and I have to load them to my computer, but, I did upload the Joker statue to FB so here is the picture (screens are LED, I have a pic with the lights off, but, not uploaded yet):

This is the size of the box (my cats very much wanted to get in to it lol):

It comes with:

~2 pieces of evidence in a bag (a tooth and a poker chip)
~Batman most wanted poster
~glow in the dark map of Gotham City
~character police files
~80 page book
~Necessary Evil blu ray DVD (about the villains)
~game
~Joker statue
~Wayne family photo
~Anarchy logo stencil
~Batwing prototype

Also has some skins and map codes.

Here is a picture of everything:

I gotta admit, Chris Redfield actually makes a pretty good Batman.

AO is all that and a bag of chips. This game is actually harder than Arkham City due to the slight tweak in the Counter mechanic: you can no longer cancel attack aminations with counter(you can on some animations but most you can't). This change is apparent on the hard difficulty.

The boss fights are freakin awesome. Lack of bosses was my only complaint for AC and they definitely delivered this time.

The soundtrack is good but not great(Arkham was better). I favor Batman's AO default costume over the black underwear AC one. Overall, I think AC is slightly better due to the Catwoman DLC. However, AO is suppose to get a DLC where Batman goes through his Ninja Training with Ra's Al Ghol, so that should be interesting. I really hope we get a Batgirl DLC. Even if it is just for the challenge maps/MPA, I'd be satisfied with that.

I haven't completed yet so NO SPOILERS!!!!!

I might get flamed for this but I actually like this game more than GTA5 and The Last of Us.

As do I the last of us is a fantastic Zombie game, Gta well not as bad as I said it's still didn't live up to what everyone had been telling me it was.

TLOU and GTA5 are great games but I personally find AO to be the most enjoyable. For me, this is my GOTY, 2nd goes to TLOU, 3rd to GTA5; but that's just my opinion.

seen the review n some opinions on PSN

I'll wait for a sale next month

The reviews are by people who stroke to CoD and the like, there is nothing really wrong with this game at all, it's fun and interesting. These reviewers whine about it being like the other two games, yet, they constantly give CoD near perfect scores. Take what they say with a grain of salt, especially if you are a Batman fan. Not saying you should take my word for it and go out right away to buy it, it is totally up to you, just saying, it's a lot better than what people have been saying. The lowest score I have seen is 6/10, which is absolutely ridiculous. This game is HEAPS better than a 6. The only thing I really don't like about it is a possible spoiler, so, I wont say it outside the box (has to do with a villain):

Spoiler:
Honestly sick and tired of the Joker being a main focal point in these games, it's just so overdone at this point. His popularity is out of control, would have been nice to have a different character hop in the main spotlight....

^ People know he is in the game, but, not sure if they know to what extent, so, just putting in spoiler tags just in case.

Also, if anyone has gotten to the Mad Hatter part yet, good god, the three doors pissed me off <.<

My favorite part was Bruce unmasked in the beginning because it was Chris Redfield in the batsuit, it's like all my fantasies came true <3

Hell ign gave madden and fifa 9s the majority of reviews are bought not earned. This game is a great first attempt. Not to mention the fans wanted the gameplay left alone because it fits batman so well.
