Yup you're right. October is the release date. Tamashii Nations said on their twitter and Facebook that it's October. Awesome. I can't wait to get them.
 
Got my import Vegito figure in today. Straight from Japan. Not even released here in the US yet (end of May for US release).










Now to wait for my 2 Gohan figures to come in.
 
I got S.H Figuarts Kamen Rider Type Speed from Ami Ami earlier this week.

Now I need Fourze to finish my Riders from 2009/2010 - current line up.
 
^Thank you! Unfortunately, I'm missing some of the best figures in the line. Final Form Frieza, Perfect Cell, SSJ Vegeta and Future Trunks. All of those reach over the $150-$300 range.

HOWEVER! Bandai just announced tonight that they are doing a special "ADVANCED COLOR" reissue of SSJ Vegeta and Future Trunks and this gets my dick rock hard because both of those figures go for $250+. I'm just wondering if they are doing the manga colors for Trunks. I'm not sure what they can do with Vegeta but either way I'm buying two of both of them. Not to mention they also just announced SSG Vegeta and Beerus finally. I also gotta get two Vegeta's and possibly two Beerus figures.






This line has me by the balls and I don't mind it at all.

SDCC Exclusive in July (no idea what it is yet)
Mystic Gohan in September
SSGSS Goku (gettings 2 of these) and Golden Frieza in October
Advanced Repaint of SSJ Vegeta in December
Advanced Repaint of Future Trunks in January 2016

No release dates on SSG Vegeta or Beerus or Jaco.

This Figuarts line is line heroin and I can't quit. It's just too damn good.
 
I'm surprise Jaco is getting a possible S.H Figuart figure. I look forward to owning him since he's awesome. I hope we will get SHF Whis along with Beerus.
 
I think I'm going to start collecting those Funko Pop figures you see all over the place. They will scratch my collector's itch without burning a hole in my wallet.

I'm also surprised Jaco is getting a figure, but you also said the thing I'm pissed about. We should have gotten a Whis before a Jaco. I understand Jaco is in the new movie (I think I saw a quick second of him in one of the trailers?) but this will also be Whis second movie and it's kind of a bummer to have Beerus without Whis.

I just can't get into the Funko Pop things. I was surprised with the paint jobs when I finally saw one outside the box. My mom collects Nightmare Before Christmas stuff. She bought a Jack Skeleton Funko Pop one day and when she opened it, I was shocked to see how nice the paint job was. Other than that, yeah I just can't get into them lol.

I can't get into Amiibos either.

Play Arts Kai has a bunch of cool variant like designs. They have a shit ton of different Batmans. They also have a Darth Vader if you didn't see it.

SH Figuarts also recently made a Darth Vader and Storm Troopers along with a kick ass display base.


They'll also be releasing Luke from Episode 6 and Darth Maul.
 
Yeah, I did see the Darth Vader and Stormtrooper P.A.K. But I only have enough spare cash for one. And I want Boba Fett. If money wasn't an issue(famous last words), I'd get all 3.
 
Did Mezco Toyz ever release those MKX figures? I remember that they where set for a May release date and my local stores have none in stock.

I think I read somewhere that they got pushed back to October or November, which if true, I'll find it odd they'd push them back but release an Ice Clone Sub-Zero for SDCC this year.
 
Big Bad Toy Store and Mezco's toy shop has them listed down for July. I guess they where not ready yet, but I hope they are worth the wait. I've been waiting for good MK figures that are articulated for a long time now.
 
I don't care for Amiibo figures. They are pretty much Skylanders of Nintendo characters. If they didn't have the Smash Bros name attach to them then no one would have cared.
 
I'm not into the Amiibo fad. Never got it and never will.

I bought my first Marvel Legends figure today. It was a choice between Anti-Venom and Spider-Man and I opted for Anti-Venom. He's an alright figure I guess but he doesn't come with anything other than a leg for the 'Build A Figure' Hob Goblin. It's pretty much what I expect out of a $20 figure.



I plan on maybe getting a few more Legends figures and that's it. It's not really a line I'm too interested in. I much rather prefer the Marvel Select line.
 
The Only Amiibo I want is Ganondorf, surprisingly he's not going for too much online, And the only good Ganon figures out there are really expensive, based on Twilight Princess.

It's a shame they never made any more Sin City characters in this style. (based directly from the graphic novel) They made more based on the movie, but they just didnt look as stylized and as good as this one in my opinion.

And Nemesis, did the MGS1 Snake come with any backgrounds like the MGS2 one? I know you mentioned you always wanted a MGS1 one.
