8.9 Earthquake and Tsunami in Japan

Just found out my mate is alive. He's an english teacher out there. Has to sleep at the school tonight as the trains are not running. Now I just need to hear about my aunty and Iron Maiden. My thoughts go out to those affected by this.
 
Just woke up and saw this on the news, that's terrible, my thoughts are with you guys who live in Japan or have relatives or friends there.

Dang I just found out about all this. My thoughts and prayers go out to everyone in Japan. Hope that all of the people you guys may know that live in Japan are ok.
 
That's why my television was on full blast at 5:30 in the morning. That's terrible, I wish the people in Japan a speedy recovery.
 
I saw the news about this when I went out. The video on page 1 is just painful to watch. I've never seen anything like it.

So unfortunate for Japan. I'll be wishing for the best to everyone involved.
 
Not the praying type, but I have a good friend in Hawaii and I generally dislike disasters, so I hope things don't get too bad. :(

My favorite cousin and his wife are English teachers living in Shizuoka, so when I got the news that an earthquake had hit Japan I was very frightened. I'm glad to say that they are safe and their town was undamaged. They did feel the quake but they are fine. I'm very concerned for the rest of the country.

Man its terrible. I was looking on CNN and seeing all the water rushing onto all the land. It was crazy seeing houses cars and boats and all kinds of other things just washing away
 
It is really bad for alot of people and businesses in North Japan and hope you can find places to stay, and rebuild after all the destruction. My condolences to people who have lost loved ones in this natural disaster.

It's fine if you don't give a shit about people who are suffering right now because everyone has their own opinions but keep them to yourself. These people have families, friends, lost their homes, so keep your damn fingers away from your keyboard and be a jackass somewhere else.
