Just thought I'd make a poll. There are so many different opinions on him, I want to get a rough number on how many people like him, and how many don't. I personally don't.

Wow ed boon says he wouldn't add tremor cause there are other characters that are more demanded than him and says that characters like havik only have like 6 fans and they release freddy ****ing krueger? no wonder the 4th dlc was kept a secret, I can just see it now a cheesy vignette that ends with the narrator saying "....It will be a Nightmare on Outworld".

He's going to download the pack, but he says he's going to beat the shit out of any and all Freddy players with his Liu Kang.

That's what the season pack was probably intended to do in the first place.
They didn't scheme anybody. They had faith in NRS to buy the season pack
and personally I think NRS delivered. LOT'S of people were pissed Xbox didn't
get a guest character.

maybe he is good, I don't know. has anyone used him yet? no.

but I would prefer robot-smoke, but the shit is done.

That's exactly why it's a waste. It happened with Kratos, it's hard to see Freddy being any different. Novelty characters are short-lived.
It's weird because I actually love NOES, I even liked playing Freddy in Terrordrome, but that was a horror game and this is MK. Shoving him in it is just ARGH. But so be it, what's done is done. Like always I'm going to do my best to give it a chance. He better be mind-blowing to play.

I'm getting Freddy, but only because he's one of my nephew's favorite villains. You shouldn't judge people that are upset about it, though. You're no better than the rest of them for calling them out on something that's not mandatory in the first place. This isn't for you specifically, but in-general.


Also, boycotting the character won't do much, and there's many that already have a season pass anyway. So, there's a large number of you that are stuck with it, regardless. They'll probably release the best alts ever with this pack and you guys will be backed up against a wall anyway.
