lol, idk why everyone is so pissed, they are going to make a MK sequel and if they keep releasing popular post-mk3 chars, they're not going to have a sweet, unique roster when they release MK10 down the line. i'm sure they'd bring them back anyways, but still, they shouldn't just blow their load with those chars, save them for the next one.

LOL, it's going to be so wrong when you baby people with Freddy.

It would be cool if one fatality was different depending on the character and one standard fatality.

I don't see why yall won't download the comp pack. You'll play the against dlc char for like a week then it'll be back to nothing but scorpions.

I think NRS keeping this a secret is ********. I mean good for them people buy it to play Freddy, they make money= more DLC.

But they better have a DAMN GOOD compatibility pack to make up for such a dissapointment for the hardcore fans.

But I'll wait to see what costumes comes with him. It better be MK2 or UMK3 Sub-Zero and Scorpion.

You shouldn't "wait and see" what costumes the compatability pack will have.. or if there will be a compatibility pack at all.

Im tired of sending nasty messages to people online when the morons dont download the compatibility packs. I want to beat your ass with Rain dammit. Instead i have to settle for beating peoples asses with Smoke or Sektor.

Well now that the last kombatant has been revealed i wonder who the next 4 will be........jason will probabaly appear later on...

I am looking forward to freddy but please NRS no more guest characters!!!!!! Its not going to feel like Mortal Kombat if it keeps going this way :/

With all the hype that was built around the mystery character, I think the people are justified in being pissed that they turned down an opportunity to add another fan favorite Mortal Kombat character for a Warner Brothers movie tie-in. Especially considering this is the 4th character as part of the Season Pass Xbox fans thought they were getting a deal on - keep in mind this might not be the end of the DLC, meaning these Pass purchasers just bought Freddy instead of whatever other MK character they decide to add down the line.

With all the fighters it could've been; Havik, Tanya, Fujin, Jarek, Reiko... even Tremor, I'm pretty disappointed too.
