Dude, the definition of hidden: concealed or obscured. Reptile and Noob are the opposite of concealed or obscured: Reptile was one of the originally announced playable characters back at E3 2010, and Noob has his own video introducing his moveset. They have their own place on the select screen already, and will be playable at PAX East. This isn't an accidentally-leaked deal, they were revealed by NRS and Warner Bros. They are not hidden characters.

Damn, I'm late to the show again. I gotta agree with Zoop in that even though we may have found secret achievements it's unlikely that despite plausible assertions that the secret/hidden characters have actually already been revealed. NRS definitely knows better than that to showcase hiddens before release. Well, with the exception of the ones mentioned by name in the spoiler which for now haven't been formally presented.

I was quite surprised reading through that list.. A proverbial kick in the netherrealm indeed. =]

EDIT: It's also important to note that "Hidden" could be subjective in that it could refer to placement in the ladder rather than secret/hidden characters in general. Seems silly to word it that way in the achievement if that's so but there is no real way of knowing precisely what is meant yet, especially so early before release.

Anyway I don't think Noob & Reptile are hidden as they have been shown so much already. That would just be stupid.
Maybe its one of the Monks from the Courtyard & even the rumoured Skarlett.

I'd be all for some really cool costumes unlocked for all characters upon completion of the Challenge Tower as a way to show off, or perhaps a unique set of X-rays/finishers or something, but I don't even use Mileena throughout other MKs; where is the incentive for the majority of players to beat the Challenge Tower if it is for but one costume for a single character -- one who is not one of the incredibly popular choices?

I agree, but that is just my theory and unless getting the Challenge Tower's reward isn't an achievement, it could be eventually proven right.
I repeat, it's either this or THAT...
 
Maybe subzero is subzero.
Classic subzero is cyborg subzero
And Noob saibot is...maybe Reiko, anyway, he say to subzero, "we are not brothers" or something like this.

The "You Found Me!" achievement sounds like it has to do with Reptile. When you fight him in the first MK the screen before the fight says "You found me! Now prove yourself!" Maybe it's Reptile in his klassic costume with both Scorpion and Sub-Zero's moves? That's the best I can think of.
 
Also there's no mention about

, so thinking back the End Game reward could be still unknown! ;)
 
Here are some little things I just thought:

* We know Quan Chi is a hidden character. If NRS keeps the starting roster with 26 fighters, that would leave us with a free spot. (Although I'm starting to think the select screen we've got used during the last few months won't be the final one.)

* Considering that, could the four hidden fighters be Quan Chi, Cyber Sub-Zero, Lady in Red and Kintaro?

* What will the other finishing moves be? Brutalities are an easy bet and most people are considering Babalities and Friendships. Adding to that, I just thought that we could have something tag-related.
