Buff up a tech squadmates decryption skill as fast as possible.
Sell any excess weapon, armour, and upgrades you have. It's not much early on, but later you can make millions.
If you're playing as an adept, go for singularity.
Do the earth moon sidequest. It allows you to upgrade your class.
If you can't use a sniper, bring a squaddie who can.
If you can use shotguns, buff that up considerably and invest in the best shotgun you can get. ME1 shotguns are amazing.
This goes along with the first tip and the tip before this one. Take Tali with you, upgrade her electronics and decryption and give her a really good shotgun and you've got yourself a near invincible teammate.

Maybe, but I'm actually leaning towards a new xbox. After almost six years, my original model xbox finally seems to be on its way out. Errors and freezing are more common, and it's making a lot more noise. Besides, after living a life six time what was expected of it's model, I don't think it has much longer.

I got a few kicking around.

1. Spend a bunch of money on a wireless router for downstairs.
2. Spend a bunch of money on a wireless adapter for my xbox.
3. Spend a bunch of money on a new Xbox 360 slim.

Unfortunately there's a rather expensive theme revolving around those options. I'm likely going to have to spend at least $80, $300 if I go for the new xbox.
