Roster Speculation

This might sound like im joking but does anyone else think Chameleon was a blast in both of his incarnations?

Im surprised they dont play with the gimmick more often, i loved that i could adapt to whatever color he turned to, it was a skill check and also just a good way to mess with people. Hes pretty obscure, but no more so than Tremor, so why isnt there as much a demand to see him agai.?

It might be an interesting concept, but copycat characters are lazy (and IMO, shit) design by default. A better way to do Chameleon would be to have him do twists on the iconic moves he steals, so like ice spears and fire bubbles and acid teleports, all with different properties than what they normally have.

That wasn't the last stream.

Regardless, though, NRS have moved existing characters around. We won't know the full roster layout until they show it to us.

You're right, my bad. Nonetheless other characters haven't shifted places between #5 and #6.
So I'm still doubtful 2 DLC spots are reserved.

I honestly think they removed him cuz they kept getting bitched at for not showing him even though he was on the select screen, but they put him back on in the stream for two days ago, probably because they're getting ready to show him (I'm expecting for next week's stream).

i think they took him off because the build we saw in the story stream is the build they used at gdc and they removed goro for the event.

Oddly though, we still don't know who our sub-boss is? Ed Boon said that it's not Goro. I would imagine that they would show off our sub-boss before the final boss (Liu Kang) at this rate.

if liu the final boss rember we shinnok on top of the tower in the achivements tower

I feel like Shinnok is going to be our mini sub-boss in the Arcade mode similar how Shang Tsung was in MK9. If we have a original new sub-boss then we would know about it by now.

Whilst demonic, demi-god, pissed off Liu Kang is very plausible as the boss in MKX, I am still holding out for Havik. I am fine with Liu Kang being in the game (probably as an unlockable) but I really don't want a storyline focusing on him.

What about Noob Saibot...

The final boss is likely Liu Kang at this rate. There's still possible of Dark Raiden being our boss but I think everything leads up to Liu Kang at this point.
