I didn't actually enjoy any MK game after UMK3 and until MK vs DC / MK9. look what wonders they can do now, no more palette swaps, each character became unique and amazing in MK9's reboot. I know at 100% that cassie won't be a clone of sonya or cage or both, I KNOW that. my problem is, the inclusion of ALL of them is overkill and they continue to please the same fans over and over again and it's just not fair. I am too biased about Rain so another example: Reiko. I liked his concept but he was never a fleshed out character, this could be his chance and TONS of people got hyped over him through the comic. he got the shaft so we can see THREE freaking cages. how is this fair? my worries are not about gameplay like others, my worrying and frustration is about the fact they straight out lied about 'a lot of surprises in the roster', the fact that characters with shine got the shaft again and the worst part is , I will again buy the DLC because I love this freaking game so much. however, the way they treat fans of certain characters is plain shitty.

OMG, get over this. The only thing those characters have is familial relations and a last name. The comparisons stop right there.

cybernetic parts mean nothing, Kano has them too but at least he has a special personality and he was needed for Black Dragon.

Yes and Jax also has an interesting personality unique from her daughter's.

there is absolutely no reason for this to become MK: families, if they wanted this path, they should have kept the parents as NPCs and NPCs only.

Except Cassie and Sonya and Johnny wont play similarly at all. Don't insult NRS's intelligence. They're not going to just make 3 family members only slightly different from each other. That's absolutely asinine. Kun Jin is NOTHING AT ALL like Kung Lao.

otherwise come up with god damn brand new characters and give him at least something special, out of all these good guys, only Liu Kang has the special fire thing going on, the rest got nothing. cages are all about karate punches and kicks and guns, jaxes are the same with some cybernetic parts, eh kenshi has telekinesis I guess but is a swordsman, takeda is a mixture of scorpion and idk what else. point is, too many humans, gigantic overkill. I'm hyped even for a bland, in my opinion, character such as cassie due to the fact she has personality and I would be happy with her and just her, I can't stand another QQ story mode with sonya QQing about kano and cage all together. and I'm not the only one who feels this way. the least they could do is actually have another five or six classic non human characters/characters with something special about them/brand new non human characters/post mk3 characters but they chose to ruin the roster with this

There's a SHITLOAD of classic non human characters. And of course, there's always MK9 and I guess if it's THAT bad, you can just watch what parts interest you on Youtube and save yourself 60 dollars. *shrugs*
 
kung lao died. he should have stayed dead. same goes for jax, who btw, does not have a unique personality. sonya and cage did survive, I'd be ok with them both in, no cassie, jacqueline in, jax out, kung lao out.

Yes he does. You might not like it, but it's there. I don't see MK having any other highly-enthusiastic AMERICA F*** YEAH characters with cheeky, confident mid-battle taunts like "Gotcha!" and "how you like that?"
 
Sonya looks like a woman. Kitana looks like a woman. Every woman in MKX looks like a woman. These idiotic "She looks like a man" statements are really getting old. Can't you all just be satisfied with the progress NRS has made?

I have the best ending for mkx. In the end all the special forces are gathered at thr refuge camp, then kotal goes crazy and drop a bomb at the camp and all sf members die for ever

TH up there showed a picture of a man next to the Sonya leak, and there are similar features indeed.
One can argue whether the man on the picture looks manly though.

I'm not a fan of Sonya's hair or her neck, or her height, for that matter. Every female in MK appears to use the same model, unfortunately; they all have the same height and long neck.

Hopefully they've improved upon this early build.
