I don't know about you but I only saw 2 dead heroes. Sindel and Kitana or Jade.

Quan Chi still has ALL of their souls as stated by Quan Chi twice. The only two who've escaped are Kitana and Kung Lao, whom I'm starting to believe are only in for gameplay purposes.

Well what about Jaqui (however you spell it) shes Jax's daughter. How did he have a daughter if he's still dead? Is she only for gameplay purposes too? Kuai Liang can't escape either?

Jacqui existing disproves this. Sindel and Kitana were simply two revenants who weren't resurrected, while Jax and Kuai Liang were among those who were; a comic recap confirmed the Netherrealm War ended with some heroes living again.

We still have yet to know Jacqui's age. She could very well be the same age as Kung Jin (whom is years older than Cassie). Jax could have easily had her before his death. How long have we seen Jax in the MK3 arc of MK9? She's also in training camp while Cassie is still a teen (making her 19/20 and Cassie still around 15-16).

Edit: Talking about their age in the comics.

Jacqui made a comment in the comic that made her sound the same age as Cassie; the same comic that explicitly showed Jax is alive.

They don't. Steve Blum's using the exact same voice for both of them. I can't see them not being the same guy.

That was the dialogue about them being too young for the "21 and over" club. She also talks about how she's in the academy so she can't go in, however Cassie isn't in the academy at that time.

Another thing we have to remember is the "leaked" voice clip where Cassie told Jax to "stay away from her mother" which implies he is still a revenant when Cassie fights him.

Finally, I will have to debunk my "Kung Lao and Kitana are gameplay only" theory. I forgot she trained with Jax. However, she could've trained with Jax some months after facing off against the Revenants. Remember, each of the visions Raiden had were of the future. They didn't specify how far in the future for each individual vision.

There was nothing indicating Cassie said that to Jax. Her line to Jax was " "What's wrong, uncle Jax? Is there something wrong with your joints?"

And Jacqui also talked about how mad her dad could get when they were going to the club. Come on, man. He's clearly alive, and like I said before, the recap page in the physical #2 outright says some of the revenants are restored.

There was that leaked voice clip, yes, but it's never said to be addressed to Jax. We don't know who she was talking to there.

I'm starting to think more and more that Kuai Liang is the MKX Sub-Zero. The things he says just kinda give his identy a little more leverage. I'm not saying there is no way this Sub-Zero is Bi-Han, but I don't believe it's him anymore.

It's hilarious to see how many people think one way or the other. We're seeing what we want to see I think haha. It could really go one way or the other. AGHH I cannot wait to find out for sure.

I mean. I'm not really arguing I'm just saying what I personally believe. I actually thought it was Bi-Han for a while, and now I think it's Kuai Liang. I'm not saying I'm right it's just my opinion.

Those dead white eyes remind me more of Noob Saibot in MK9, not Kuai Liang.
Bi-Han is the only warrior who is not controlled by Quan Chi, which has white eyes.

All the other previously dead warriors only had white eyes when they were controlled by Quan Chi (Kitana, Jax and Kung Lao), but in MKX after being themselves again and escaping Quan Chi they have regular eyes.
Even Scorpion has regular eyes in the trailer, after controlling the wraith side of himself in the comics.
Whereas, white eyes in a living Sub-Zero are a trademark of Bi-Han, as of MK9 Noob Saibot.

If that was Kuai-Liang with white eyes which it wasn't, then Kuai would still be under Quan Chi's control.
Otherwise, if that Sub-Zero was Kuai-Liang brought back as himself, he'd have regular looking eyes like Kitana and Kung Lao.
