So basically you're saying you hope they expand more on the character instead of just having them there ... But You just had to throw that "token black guy " under cut in there .
"I AM the flashing lights and special effects."![]()
They have had 7 games to expand Jax's character and havent done so. No, I dont want them to expand on the character, I want Jax gone. He is absolutely useless. Kung Lao and Kitana, okay i could see them being important to the story but Jax in MKX would be the definition of a wasted roster spot
I'm assuming since they're looking for mid 20 something actor to play him in the online series he'll be fine.
It also said he uses swords and telekinesis so I'm thinking be might actually be a main character who kinda takes the place of Kenshi. Or maybe Kenshi and Takeda are technically the same character in the game but with different skins like the sub zero brothers in the last game. Just a thought.
I don't like the source but that is true..
Having a stereotype black character is worse than having an all "white" cast."![]()
We're talking about a hypothetical situation. An all white cast? So far we have 11 people announced and only 3 are actually white. The rest are either Asian or unidentifiable.

I dislike the way that they treated Scorpion's story in issue 3.
It sucks that they make him out to be such a stupid idiot, and can't evolve him properly.
They had a chance to build up Scorpion, and nope, they give him the same bullshit story of "someone else kills off his family or clan" and and he goes off blaming another innocent, rather than going after Quan Chi.
Fox even said that the Kamidogu has ties to Quan Chi before he died, but nope, let's go hunting Raiden down.
I hope that Raiden stops Scorpion in his tracks and says something to him like "Look, you dense motherf***er." "Quan Chi killed your family and he sent a demon to possess Fox and kill your clan." "It's him you should be hunting down, you dumb shit."
But what if, A. Quan Chi is "dead" after the Netherrealm War, and B. Given Raiden's shitty track record of important decisions as of late, what if Scorpion genuinely didn't know what he was getting himself into by taking on the task of protecting the dagger?
Taj Gill said:By the looks of things though, it seems like he's keeping his humanity in tact and wants to confront Raiden as opposed to blindly murder him.
However, the dialogue doesn't imply that he's alive at the end of it all.
