I figured finally did it! I found the problem. The conflict was with my security type on my router. I can log on with a different security type but I want to keep the one I have so I'm going to see if I can give my PS4 a static IP instead.

It's funny that you mention that because now my internet connection and Nat type are failing. So far, the ps4 is the worst console I've ever own. I shouldn't have to go through all of this.

To answer your question: yes, it does show your Nat type.
